On my last project a large commercial center they did great and it was complicated. They stayed up with other contractors and worked with other contractors without any need to ruffle feathers. I was looking to get a few flickering lights checked out and a few ungrounded outlets fixed (we were worried there may be an issue with the wiring due to a prior pipe break). I was told the cost would be $90 per hour. The electricians were great and checked everything out. Apparently there were just a few loose wires and the flickering light was a lightbulb issue (I am not sure if this is true because a light still kind of flickers even though we changed the lightbulb while they were here). So, overall, the issues were really minor and they finished quickly, saying there's nothing wrong with our wiring. I have a camera at the front door so noted arrival and departure times and they were only here for 40 minutes. Despite this, I was charged for the full hour and when I inquired, was told that if they come out you are charged the first full hour and then in half-hour increments after that first hour. This seems like important information for the customer to know beforehand, not after, which is the reason I am only giving 3 stars. So, if you have CC electric come out, take careful note of the time they were there and know that you will be charged the full hour if they're even there for even just a minute, according to their policy. read more

I never write reviews, but this experience forced me to create a yelp account and write the review to help other people avoid the experience I had and save on time wasted. I had requested a quote for a couple of options I was looking at when setting up an EV charger circuit in my garage. The owner came out the next day and looked at what was required and sent me a quote for both options 60A v 100A circuit. The 100A quote was double the 60A so I asked him to provide details on the items required so maybe we could skip some of the add-ons. He got defensive and told me he would call back the next business day after the weekend. I tried reaching him on Monday and Tuesday but he did not respond back, I finally called their front desk where the lady on the phone told me that he wanted to back-out of the job for no apparent reason. He did not have the common courtesy to let me know and relayed this through the lady. What kind of professionalism is this? Are they running a business or a daycare? Don't waste your time with this company and instead look for a competent one who are professional, have the skills and are actually willing to work. read more

These guys are awesome!! They came out when we had to use our home warranty for a busted attic fan. The first company that came out refused to fix it and complained it was too high and too hard to reach. Not with this company, they ordered the new fan, and we had them quote installing two new chandeliers in our entry and replacing the canned/recessed lighting that was currently installed. Their quote was very reasonable, and they put in extra effort. One of the chandeliers had become damaged in shipping, and in fact, the wires had been cut in half. They took the time to re run the wires and fix what was damaged. Their installation was impeccable. We couldn't be more pleased. We've asked them to do a few more things for us because of how well we were treated, and because of the quality. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone! read more

I wish I could give more stars! This is an awesome company! I will never hesitate to call them. I needed a ceiling fan replaced with my home warranty. John told me when he came out it would have to be replaced and let me know the company had to put in a builder's grade but I had the option to have the warranty company give me the cash.
