From what I've read, this used to be Spinners but has been taken over by different ownership and if currently Sutterville 76. They do still have hot food inside- when we visited they had a variety of egg rolls but apparently you need to stop in earlier in the day for cinnamon rolls. It's a bit tight inside, but they pack a good amount of drinks and snacks in, including some that I haven't seen in other places. When we visited the same person as running the food counter and the regular purchase counter, so you'll need to let someone know if you're looking for the hot food. Since they were out of cinnamon rolls, we ended up buying a couple drinks and some candy- we found Squashies here. We'll have to stop back in earlier in the day and update the review when we try more of their offerings.

Rolls were 6.95 each, croissant must have been avout 5 as my total was 20.40,price is a little high, but I was very happy that the quality is still fantastic The cinnamon with walnuts was just drilping with buttery richness and sweet, thus the walnuts playing a much needed role in cutting the sweetness. The Apple filled was maybe a notch below, but still fantastic. Ham and Swiss croissant reheated quite nicely and was a great savory bite. I started my car, tried multiple times, and it was obvious no gas had actually gone into my tank, still at E-empty and paid 5.2 gallons which would have given my tank half full but I didn't get a drop. Since I was already running late and needed to get to Wilton after sitting in post-Fourth of July Truckee traffic, I had no choice but to risk using a different pump. That one worked immediately - full tank and that was 10.7gallons When I went inside to explain what happened, instead of listening or trying to help, the employee became defensive, accused me of trying to steal from the store, and raised his voice. That's not customer service--that's gaslighting a paying customer. I drive a 2010 Toyota Corolla with about a 13-gallon tank, and the Indian dude wants to claim that I was given 5.2 gallons of gas and then later I was able to add another 10.7 gallons to it... Ridiculous - the numbers simply don't add up. And I have the receipts to prove it- attached. Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience here. I've previously been charged prices that didn't match the advertised sign, and I've had other issues in the past. I kept giving this place another chance, but this was the final straw. Congratulations--you got my $26, but you lost a loyal neighborhood customer. I'll gladly spend my money at the other stations where customers are treated with respect instead of being accused of being thieves. If you value honest service and working pumps, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Thankfully our hose made it to the other side. This is a very tight gas station off of a busy street. It works best if you're lucky it's empty and you can just pull in. If it's busy it's tight to get in with cars facing both directions depending on where they drove in. The price of gas here is usually less than the local gas stations. I recommend this place for their cheap gas.

I decided to grab my dinner first and I was gone for a maximum of 2 minutes. When I came back, these two weirdos that worked here were circling my car like I had hit someone else's vehicle. Dude told me to move my car because "I get in trouble". I just said okay, then got in my car and went to Shell down the street. Overall, just a weird unprofessional encounter.
