All my interactions with this business, from the time I called Jenni, to my interactions today, were so positive, which is not something I get from all companies I deal with on a regular basis. I felt empowered to make good decisions about what needs to happen next with our home. Samples were sent to the lab. The good news is, he didn't see or smell any mold. It was $295 for the hygrometer and lab testing visit. They also offer free demos but we decided to go directly to the appointment. I was able to choose from a variety of immediate appointments, and he arrived, on time, the very next day after I spoke to the owners. I was very impressed with that. I would highly recommend this company. I can tell they have integrity and I felt confident to hire a reputable local (Tampa Bay) business. There was no upswell, no sale tactics. I have boxes of clothes, shoes, accessories, purses and so much more that are now trash. Mold on so many things. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster.
