It's tough to find nice plants this late in the season especially after the extreme heat we've had and lack of rain. I didn't see anyone around but saw a sign indicating where to pay. I walked around the area and into several of the greenhouses but still saw nobody. I googled the business and decided to call them. The owner answered the phone as he was off property. He said they had closed early due to the heat. He was very kind and polite. I had not noticed the "closed " sign since everything was so open with tons of plants sitting outside. He offered to take my credit card number over the phone so I was able to pay for the plants I had picked out. I will definitely return...probably in early fall for some more plants.

I also like the idea of supporting a local business vs. a big chain retailer. As of right now the tomato plants aren't in, but they will arrive in 2 weeks. I like that their nursery is outside too! Organic options are available for garden soil & fertilizer and they also carry some cute pots! Check them out if you're in the neighborhood!

Inside they have garden supplies, seeds and other times. They take cash and plastic. The folks working there were very helpful. Highly recommend.

If the lovely setting, colorful flowers and trees weren't welcoming enough, the employees are super friendly and helpful. It was early in the season, so not much produce, but flowers, shrubs, trees of all sorts of sizes and colors are in abundance! Tons of great garden supplies too. There's even a cute little ice cream building next to it that is landscaped so perfecly you'll want to sit back and relax for a while enjoying the cool treat and watch the cars go buzzing by.
