Mazda collaborated with AAA and that's how Quality 1st came into play. Right from the time my towing was scheduled, an associate promptly called to inform the timing of the pick up and later when the towing driver Lucky Singh showed up, he handled the car so well and got it dropped off at the service center ahead of time. The owner was nice enough to follow up on the service to get feedback too. I'm not sure of the pricing since my car is still under Mazda's warranty but their service was spotless and professional. Highly recommended.

I called my insurance company but the company they provided couldn't assist me as I needed the car towed back to NY. After doing research and seeing good reviews, I decided to give Quality 1st a call. The dispatcher, Peter, who I spoke with was very professional and courteous. They were ready to send out a driver within 30 mins. Unfortunately I was not ready as I needed to have the vehicle moved away from the turnpike through Emergency Services and needed my other family members to come with another vehicle as I had to transfer my personal belongings and family safely. After informing them I was ready, they were still able to have a driver out to me within 30 mins. The driver Chris (I believe this was name, apologizes in advance), was quick and took care of things right away and carefully. He brought my car safely back to NY. I would highly recommend this company as the service was great and pricing was reasonable.

Five stars is not enough to give to my tow driver who showed up from Alba this past weekend to tow…read moremy vehicle. Brand new Lincoln died in my garage after only three months. Alba towing showed up and spent nearly three hours at my home trying to tow the vehicle out of my garage. Not the fault of the tow driver. We could not figure out how to put my new 2022 Corsair into towing mode. Lincoln completely changed the procedure for towing emergency use and my tow driver stood patiently by my side for nearly three hours as I was on the phone with Lincoln directly as well as two of their service techs who had no clue about the changes made to the vehicle that was preventing us from getting it into a mode to be towed. The Alba driver was extremely professional but even more, very patient and understanding. At one point, when he saw we might need to use dollies to get my vehicle out of my garage and that the opening was too tight, he went and sought out smaller dollies from one of his associates and returned back to my home to finish the job. At that point, I finally found out the method for putting my car into neutral tow and he was able to get it out of my garage without the dollies. There was so much confusion and back-and-forth conversation with various representatives and service technicians with no way to figure out how to move my vehicle. Throughout it all, my tow truck driver stayed with me. He never complained once. And to take it one step further, he came back a second time to finish a job he could have done the next business day -- but he felt that he wouldn't sleep if he didn't get the job done. I can't thank Alba enough for the service and overall level of patience and professionalism that was shown to me during a very aggravating ordeal. That visit to my home took up his entire day and away from other jobs. And even after the job was done, he made certain that he sent me photos of my vehicle to show that it arrived at its towed destination without any damage. This is a first-rate towing service with a great level of care for the customer.

The man who towed my car was lovely…read more The woman who I interacted with multiple times since Thursday is one of the most rude, unprofessional people I have ever spoken to. She originally quoted me $345 after my car was towed on Thursday night. She then stated I could not drive my car off the lot and that it would be an additional $200 for them to tow it. They also gave me a contract to sign stating the storage fee was $50 per day. When I pointed out that that goes against the maximum rates they have posted, the staff person told me that was a "good catch" by me and he would fix it. I shared this with the woman who told me that it was obviously a mistake and I should get over that. When I called today after repeated negative interactions trying to find a way to get my car out of their lot, she yelled at me because I questioned their pricing scheme and asked for a price breakdown based on the Stafford Township, Ocean County, and NJAC ordinances. They have both Stafford Township and Ocean County posted in their office. She screamed that I was the one being difficult and I didn't understand how the ordinances work. She said NJ Administrative Codes do not apply to them. Then told me I could not pay over the phone, so I would have to commute two hours to allow my car to be removed. When I got there, she yelled at me again, called me difficult, and told the other worker that I wasn't understanding the ordinances that they have posted. When I pointed out the differences in the legally admissible charges and what she had quoted me since Thursday, she said that I didn't understand what she was saying. She refused to give an itemized invoice twice. She also quoted the person next to me $850 for their tow and winching without providing any invoice. I'm not sure if it is just the people who were working or if it is a pattern for the company to not provide itemized invoices to customers and scream at those who ask for a pricing breakdown, but the experience I just had was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I would also like to stress that I did not request the tow, the Stafford Township PD did, and this is how this woman acted. I work a customer service job. I understand that customers can be wrong. What I don't understand is how they took the opportunity of a car being totaled to repeatedly attempt to overcharge a customer, scream at them multiple times, and accuse them of being difficult for asking for a price description and how that pricing scheme fits into mandatory maximums as required by law. I highly recommend going to Midnite Towing. A complaint has been filed with New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
