I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.

One car had high ceilings and bigger windows than the other; we were assigned to the smaller one but thankfully got to switch halfway through as our ride was not crowded. The bigger car is much more spacious and feels less claustrophobic. The heat is what killed us. The lack of AC during the summer is brutal. It got better with time but for 80% of the ride was uncomfortably hot. Keep in mind if you're planning to visit in the summer. Beautiful views, concessions for purchase, and friendly staff.

I am astonished by the amazing customer service at Pressed Floral... My wedding was back in April…read more2024 and at that time I paid for a bloom box, an 18x24 frame and upgraded to art glass. The total investment was almost $1000 so you know I was serious about this as a wedding memento! My original flower artwork was indeed beautiful and was hung in our apartment hallway immediately... fast forward to a little over a year later, suddenly I notice there are little BUGS (small brown beetles?) crawling inside of the frame eating the flowers and the stems. I thought, how is this possible being that the frame is sealed?? I was completely devastated that I had to throw the frame away, since I live in an apartment in Hawaii I could not risk the bugs crawling out of the frame and infesting my entire place. I contacted the company with photos and videos of the infestation issue, and let them know how sad I was to lose my original wedding blooms artwork. To my complete surprise, a Pressed Floral staff replied immediately and completely empathetic of my situation, stating she would discuss with her supervisor about how to help me. I figured they would never bother to contact me again. I was WRONG -- they wrote back immediately and even offered to REPLACE the exact type of product with my exact types of wedding blooms from April 2024, free of charge to me! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting at most maybe an apology over email and a small discount towards a new product. Of course I took Pressed Floral up on the replacement flower frame offer and even requested that they design a different shape so that I wouldn't be triggered by the original artwork floral shape that got infested with bugs. Here is the final product... I am SO THRILLED!! The Pressed Floral staff assured me that the artwork would have better attention paid to the sealing step this time. When I look at my redesign, I am immediately happy and reminded of my wedding day again! I know it's not my original blooms, but the staff took care to choose exactly the same types of flowers and foliage from my original bouquet... What a blessing that I am able to enjoy this gorgeous re-design in time for the holidays. In a day and age where the customer gets lost in the corporate world of business and is forced to be on hold or talk to a call center that has no idea what you really need, here's a company that managed to not only completely surprise me with their resolution of my issue, but give me the most beautiful Christmas gift ever! All of my family and friends knew about my bug-infestation ordeal and now that I told them about the unexpected resolution, they all feel this is a company that can be trusted to provide not only a great product, but versatile solutions when things go wrong. When we contacted the company about this, they promised to "make it right," but then took months to fix the problem. The customer service representatives we dealt with were dismissive throughout, which only added to our frustration. The flowers were finally returned to us, but they had already faded--possibly due to the excess handling? I'm not sure. The frame itself also looks cheap. Either way, we're super disappointed in our experience and wish we had gone with another company.
