She addresses each issue I talked about. Comes up with a couple of ways to deal with it and boom! We're done! She's so smart!! Dr. Luthy has never judged me by my past. I'm treated like a person not just a patient. I hope she's going to be there for a long time. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have had a few friends wishing she would take new patients so they can get in to see her. I like the clinic. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. I also like that Dr. Luthy doesn't keep guessing over and over what you might have, just for the sake of money! She will refer me to a specialist in that area and there are still some doctors out there guessing!! I've been down that road. No thanks! I'm treated like a person. A person who feels,cares, thinks, wants to be heard and leave feeling like. Wow I'm glad I saw Dr. Luthy! She listened to me and even gave me options as to how to treat my problem. She will work with me on some of the things that I would rather not have by giving me options. I like that. I don't feel judged by her for my history,EVER!!! I wish she would take new patients and let a couple of my friends see her. I bragged and that called the clinic. Unfortunately she isn't taking new patients. Long story short I ended up getting surgery and she was able to easily fix my issues. Issues I had been to 2 other Drs asking for help for over 5 years. She is energetic, caring, and a wonderful Dr and person. She not only made me better physically but mentally too, because for the first time someone seemed to confirm there was an actual problem. I…read morecan say it was quick to get an appointment which was nice so we could max out our dental benefits for the calendar year. The office was nice and clean, but the wait was a little obnoxious considering it was empty. The dentist was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I did have to call to get a treatment plan whereas I've always been given that upon leaving a dentists office so that was weird. My daughters dad called the insurance and clarified some of the charges, when I called OMS to speak to billing to question some things I was met with a very condescending attitude and told "I'd be happy with only having to pay $326", as if questioning what Cigna said we would be paying Vs what they're "estimate" given was out of line. As a customer I'm not trying to over pay, and they're billing well above their contracted amount per tooth, meaning the amount I'm paying a percentage of is inflated according to the dental insurance company. To speak to someone who is trying to just get clarification in such a condescending manner leaves a real impression on the facility as a whole. Just based on my most recent experience with their billing department on 11/13/2023 I wouldn't recommend this place. I'd find somewhere else where requesting clarification isn't such a burden on their employees.

He has been a god send, he not only listened to me but was the first doctor that took me serious about what I'm experiencing. I now have my diagnosis of endometriosis and the true reason I've been in so much pain all of these years. He is a wonderful man and an amazing doctor I would definitely recommend him to anyone. It's extremely refreshing to meet a doctor who doesn't just brush you off and ignore what you're telling them. He's very respectful and had wonderful bedside manner as well. Without going into a lot of detail my sinus was perforated by a dental procedure (not this location or drs). I had to have oral surgery to repair the perforation and decided to come to OMS. They were completely booked up in the Springfield location, but Mindy called me shortly after we spoke and told me there was an opening in the Branson location. Dr Gibson saw the damage that had bee done and decided it best to wait a little for healing to occur before closing the large hole. Yesterday, I went in for surgery very nervous, but nurse Nawassa was so professional she put me at ease immediately. Then Dr. Gibson came in and next thing I know I am done and ready to go home. What a blessing this group is. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs oral work. I can't say that about the organization that created the problem with the perforation in the first place who wanted to continue "trying" to fix their mistake. I am glad I asked for an oral surgeon instead. Thank you Dr. Gibson!!!!

I was in pain and called the office right at 7:30am this morning and they were able to fit me in for an emergency root canal!!! This is my second root canal from Dr. Massey and that is his speciality. I wish that he did everything, but unfortunately he doesn't. The staff are Extremely professional, Organized and Amazing with communicating together. If you are needing a root canal... Look No Further because Dr. Massey is the Man!!! Update: 8/22/19 Dr. Massey's office called me this morning just to check and see how I was doing advising if I still needed anything to let them know. It made me feel really good knowing how much they care.

Upon leaving, I was told how much the procedure would cost. Since it was about $500 more than I expected considering my 80% coinsurance, I asked for an explanation. I was told the "I would never understand it" and that Dr. Massey "builds in" extra cost when billing the insurance so that he doesn't have to "chase" people for payment later. When I requested a predetermination of benefits, I was told that Dr. Massey will not provide that because he doesn't want to disclose the numbers he is actually billing the insurance company. SHADY.
