I am almostt certain that there would be delays if this job was handled by someone else. Jon's price is very competitive, and he provided multiple quotes for different setups, which was extremely helpful. He was very responsive and patient, replying to emails quickly, even on weekends. This high level of communication also made the strata approval process very efficient. The installation took two days and went smoothly. The crew was friendly, respectful, and professional.
