He said he would look into the issue and get back to me which never happened. I even gave him a second chance and still didn't get a returned phone call. When someone takes over an insurance agency, the proper thing to do would be to call all the existing clients, introduce yourself and start building a relationship. David obviously didn't do this, so the least he could have done is used my issue as an opportunity to prove himself reliable, gain trust and re-earn my business. Needless to say, I switched agencies. It's unfortunate that this guy is tarnishing the Millers' good name.
