This karate school is by far the best around. When determining that we wanted to enroll our son in karate nearly 3 years ago, I called multiple karate schools in the Orange area. I didn't feel comfortable with any of them...and then I received a call back from Natalie at Frazier. She was so friendly and informative over the phone I immediately felt comfortable and we decided to attend the trial class for the 5-7 year old age group. My son loved it, and has been a student since! Not only has he learned martial arts skills, but Natalie and the team have helped teach him safety precautions, helped to build good character traits, and have made him a more confident child all around. Signed up my 9 year old son and my 6 year old son for a four week summer session of karate. We are all beginners in karate and the instructors here are amazing and fun. My 9 year old was a little skeptical about being the "new kid" but Natalie and everyone did a really good job at making him comfortable. We are considering signing up for the whole year. Our two boys have been learning karate at Frazier Martial Arts for the past 5 years. Natalie and her staff are well-trained, thoughtful instructors that teach children the discipline of karate in a fun and meaningful way. The center offers classes for children starting at 3 years of age. My younger son, who is currently 5 is still a student at the center and looks forward to his karate classes weekly. We had our boys birthday party at Frazier Martial Arts. It was the best party! The staff met us at our car, helped to carry everything in, set up the room and decorated as we directed, handled check-in, ran the party and then cleaned it all up and put everything in our car at the end. The graciousness and humbleness of this staff is incomparable. The day was about our boys and they felt so comfortable and special. Not only did they teach a great class keeping the kids and parents engaged but they staged a family and group photo, played fun games, controlled the room in a fun way and let the boys break a board and cut the cake with a sword! I absolutely love Frazier Martial Arts! I started with FMA, when I was 9 years old. And I have continued to train here for almost 10 years. I currently hold a 2nd degree black belt, a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu, and have competed in numerous of high level tournaments. This school has definitely made an impact in my life. The main Instructor has helped me become a young mature adult and has changed my life from the first day I met her. When I first started with FMA, I was not the best child. I had a big attitude with my parents, never listened to my teachers, and made frequent visits to the Principal's Office. The main instructor in FMA, took the time out of her schedule to make a surprising visit at my school. Ever since that day, I knew I had to change. I love this karate school because the classes are very fun and high energy. All the kids in the school always leave with a big smile on their face and are eager to come back again. I've been taking Krav Maga classes there for the past 2 years, and not only have I lost more than 20 pounds since starting, I have the confidence of knowing I CAN and will defend myself if I need to. More importantly, as a mom, I know I CAN and will defend my children if I need to. And the classes are FUN! My children have also been students at Frazier for over 7 years. Ever been frustrated at the number of times a child won't listen, won't do what they're asked the first time, won't get school work done quickly with enthusiasm, won't pick up their clothes/toys/stuff unless you've resorted to yelling at them? For the last six years it has been much more then just blocks and punches but self discipline, self confidence and respect for himself and others. They offer a variety of classes for all age groups as well as fun (Parent's Night Out) and educational classes (Bully Defense). Excellent Studio for children and adults. The kids coming out of the programs at this studio are just Awesome!!! Great kids - respectful, motivated. My three sons are all in the programs for several years and it's really great having a studio just as interested in their behavior at home, school and at the studio.
