They are kind, knowledgeable, and supportive, but the front office and administrative side has been consistently frustrating. The administrative staff is disorganized and unprofessional. They frequently mix up appointment times, give conflicting information, and make even simple tasks feel unnecessarily difficult. They don't use email or an online portal to send updates, test results, or appointment confirmations, which makes it almost impossible to keep track of anything. Everything has to be done by phone, and the communication is often curt or dismissive. Another major frustration is that any time I need bloodwork, I have to schedule a completely separate appointment with a third-party lab instead of being able to do it in-office. This makes routine prenatal care far more inconvenient than it needs to be. I really wanted to have a good experience here, especially since the clinical care from the midwives has been positive, but the front-office management has caused so much stress and confusion that I'm choosing to switch practices. I hope they improve their administrative processes and communication in the future.

We consider each of the caregivers our forever friends. Arbi, the owner of Divinity, is a very hands on caring owner. He takes on each patient with attention to detail and takes the time to know them and provide caregivers with the skills to meet their individual needs. My mom would light up when they came in and would always work hard to know their names and talk with them. I cannot recommend Divinity Hospice enough. I did lymphatic massage religiously to help with fibrosis and I now look completely deformed, and will never wear a two piece swimsuit again. All I wanted was to not look square and have my waist brought in. I told him that, on the day of surgery, and he said yes, yes, I can make you look like you've been to the gym. I didn't have a chance to take a look and see what he meant because it was the day of my lipo. But any artist would have never sculpted these weird looking abs on a person that is curvy. I should've never touched my stomach if I knew this is what he had planned for me. It felt like I was an experiment for him and that he just learned how to sculpt abs and then practiced on me. Run don't walk away from this man. He will sweet talk you, and then butcher you. Not a board certified "plastic surgeon." Just a plastic surgeon.

The house manager Jules, is an angel. She truly fights for each clients rights and wants the best for them. The clinicians Kate and Isabelle are AMAZING!
