The check engine light comes on at least once a year and Herlong has fixed it for free covered under warranty every time. My latest experience with them was exceptional. I got online on a Thursday and was able to book an appointment for 8 am that following Tuesday. I used the drop off service. It was very easy. Josh from the service team called me with an update everyday. I dropped my car off Tuesday, it was diagnosed, part ordered, replaced and ready for pick up 8am that Friday. Only I didn't have to drive the 50 minutes with my toddler to pick it up! they delivered the car to my house this morning! I didn't know they did that but Ford does!!
