It's always a fun adventure when going to Frazier's. The wide variety of garden-y gift items is amazing! My favorite part is the huge selection of ornamental animals, especially the turtles. I collect turtles and look guests to adding to my collection whenever we visit Frazier's. It's genius that they've dotted the displays by animal! That makes it super easy for me to go directly to the turtles. We've also purchased really beautiful and sturdy bird baths at Frazier's. Not everything was priced for my budget, but the stroll along the gravel paths under a beautiful blue spring sky was free and good for my wanna be gardener soul! An amazing assortment of cement and resin statuary. Fun to walk through for an hour or so imagining the ways you can transform your yard. Frazier's is THE place to go if you're looking for something for your personal outdoor paradise. Driving on US 290 near Highway 6 toward Washington County, you can clearly see this establishment from the road. Initially, I had no clue what it was, but the huge dinosaur and animal figures caught my grandson's eye. My daughter stated that she'd always spotted it on her drives to UT-Austin when she was an undergrad. Curiosity got the better us and we decided to stop here on our way back to the Houston area. Unbelievable! I've been to some big garden shops, but nothing like this, that's for sure. Every kind (and size) of stone figure that you can think of is available here. I mean, who doesn't need a life-sized bear or dolphin stone statue for their yard? How about a stone monkey or horse? Perhaps a little Kermit frog (painted green to boot!)? Seriously, though, there were walking stones, stone and wood benches, and numerous fountains available. Wind chimes galore! Hummingbird feeders by the dozens! There were flags, ornaments, windsocks, mats, watering cans, pinwheels, hoses, fertilizer - I can't name everything I saw here! Overwhelming. Items here are very unique. I saw stock here that I hadn't seen in any other location, and if I'd had a pickup truck, I probably could have hauled away a fair amount of what they had. Prices were reasonable. Parking is on a completely gravel lot (other than two handicapped spots) and sales associates are available for assistance. Access from 290 traveling east is a bit tricky, as Frazier's is literally on the exit lane of US 290 West and Highway 6. Even if you're not going to purchase anything, this place is an experience. If time allows, stop here just for the adventure. read more

Does this place have just about every imaginable piece of cement/metal figures, pots, flowers, etc? Yes. Does this place think they can charge above value for these things? Yes. They have a great variety, but clearly think their designs are the bees knees. And the prices reflect it. But here's the conundrum: where else can you go to get nice cement pieces? There's always that one funky place -- the one that you drive by on a regular basis, think "what in the world?," then make a mental note that you'll stop by there some day just out of curiosity. Frazier's is one of those places. Situated where Hwy. 6 splits off 290 towards College Station, Frazier's is that crazy place with all the funky statuary and such. Finally stopped today, and it was both interesting and disappointing. Yes, if I ever need a large, lifelike plastic cow for our yard -- I now know where to go. As a matter of fact, that's why you should stop here just once if you pass by regularly -- Frazier's is full of stuff that might fill a strange need you have, but would never know that it actually existed if you hadn't stopped there at one point. Frazier's has everything from the already-mentioned statuary (of all sorts) to many decorative yard/garden items, decorative stone and brick, fountains, etc. While some of the prices seem crazy ($1700 for a plastic bench that looks like a real horse?), prices for some of the more realistic items seemed reasonable. Purchased 2 tall planter urns, got home and they were shattered like eggs....Guys helped me load them and never gave me an added comment or that they did'nt like my load; I had a painters blanket down and wrapped them up with cardboard in between each planter and side of truck. Urns were shattered in pieces when we got home. Sent video to owner with proof of how fragile they are by snapping it with my hand; he stated his guy told him I did'nt want any help loading, his guys speak no english and nothing was exchanged as far as advice We thought we were purchasing concrete not some cheap ceramic especially for 400 bucks If you want something ceramic go to your local home depot or lowes, that's what I should have done instead of driving 200 miles round trip for overpriced junk read more

I had purchased a wall fountain from them (small) and transported it in my SUV back to Houston. When I got to Houston, it would not work! Called them and they told me that they would order a new one. It took six weeks but true to their word, a new one was delivered and installed at my Houston address at no extra charge to me! I have also purchased a giant urn for the front of my house from Fraziers and I couldn't beat them for price and selection in Houston. The urn I finally bought was brown earth tone in a traditional urn shape - nothing remotely like that in Houston. If you need a fountain, urn, statue, bench table in concrete - go there! read more

If you need 1 or 2 of the ceramic Planters, they have a wide selection and a lot of cool items for the yard. If you need bigger quantities, you will have to find another place. The staff is very helpful and nice, but management seems to be a bit dishonest. We went out there multiple times and every time we went out there, we were told that the planter we liked had been discontinued. In April, we were told one story, now in June another. We finally asked to see the book of what is available and the selection is terrible for anything with blue in it. Either they lost their suppliers or lost their minds....... read more

Its a good thing I rarely stop here on my way back and forth between Houston and College Station. I would have so much garden/yard equipment that I wouldn't know what to do with, especially since I don't have a yard. There is so many cute things here on the inside! Many outdoor decorations that are adorable and very classy. They also have a great supply of bird houses and feed, pond supplies, pots in all sizes, shapes and colors (I was eying one made out of a barrel on its side, still angry I didn't buy it), collegiate fan supplies like flags, gnomes, and other decorative items. The grounds are covered with every statue you can think of! If you need large sculptures to decorate your yard you must come here first! Great place for all things decorative for the outdoors! Four stars for having what I was looking for, negative one star for price. They really do have just about everything you could need for decorating your garden, but you will pay a pretty penny for it. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were also able to point me in the right general direction to find what I was looking for.... Super important when you consider there are several acres of garden statuary to look through. Wear sturdy shoes. The paths are gravel, and there are some decent sized mud puddles after rain. Consider wearing sunblock too, you may find yourself out looking longer than you thought. All in all I liked this place and will probably return eventually. read more

Concrete mecca, never seen so many Buddhas mixed in with the angels, hot as blazes inside and out. We have been a customer of theirs for over 12 years and needed a bird bath that did not weigh in at 300 lbs, that means I'm not bench pressing that kind of weight. The cost is about $100-$150 for delivery. Prices have gone up, as mentioned by another yelper, all sorts of gift items, also the best part was you can get a grand cheese burger and sweet potato fries that can't be beat for about $10.00, even have a table to sit at and chew on the run. The fountains come in various sizes and the pumps, etc., are in good supply, they are a ton of work. Not much metal old architectural items as we had wanted. Many stepping stones at $14 each, reasonable and good selection. Only one resin bird bath and I passed on it, limited staff, probably just too hot. Nice selection of items that could be considered headstones for your pet's final resting place. Some hanging porch swings that were a nice touch but about $200 more than you would pay at a big box. Awesome bird supplies and houses, made in USA garden boots at a reasonable price, beautiful, not thick enough for snake boots and they had no snake repellent either, but they don't sell voodoo. Be sure you are looking for the entrance to turn into coming from Houston, big cows on your right side, nothing they don't have if it is concrete. I recently visited Frasers ornamental and architecture. I just needed to get out of my house during the coronavirus ....thought it wouldn't be too bad to go to an outdoor garden center as long as I was cautious. When we got there we were greeted by a man who asked what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted and he asked if I had seen the ones We just walked by coming in the door. I said .....that's not The kind I'm looking for. He immediately snapped at me and said all you have to do is say yes or no... And gave me a big lecture...I thought wow.... but was really shocked. He continued with somewhat of a snippy attitude the whole time we were looking for these particular items I wanted. I ended up spending $100 but couldn't help but think that he was a bit rude. I will say that I was approached by two other ladies that were very kind and nice. It was too hot for me to browse the items that were not in the store or under the covered patio but this store was a nice stop on the way home.
