When I contacted customer service, I was told that the shams are cut randomly from the fabric and therefore are not intended to match. I understand that pattern placement can vary somewhat, but when a customer purchases two coordinating shams for the same bedding ensemble, it is reasonable to expect them to look like a pair. My mother specifically wanted the shams to complement her bedspread and each other. Had I known that two shams ordered together could look noticeably different, I would not have purchased them. Most disappointing was the response from customer service. I offered to return one sham in exchange for one that more closely matched the other, but they were unwilling to provide a solution. For a company known for traditional, quality bedding, I expected better attention to detail and a greater willingness to make things right. Beautiful bedspread, but a very disappointing experience with the shams and customer service.

Mitch in the delivery department happily allowed me to change the dates in order to give us time to replace old carpet before the new items arrived. The kids who delivered were great!! It was on time, quick, neat, and noooo problem. A small glitch about what was to be removed/disposed of was handled quickly with a phone call, leaving a happy customer. Seriously, these people are the best----from the greeting as you first come through their front door to the minute the delivery crew smiles, thanks you, and walks out of your home leaving you with a beautiful and comfortable new living room like mine!!

Ended up getting a showroom display because it was the last one, so we got a great deal on it. The staff and owner were very helpful in finding us something that was perfect for us. It's an induction top and exactly the right size and shape for our kitchen. It has been working exceptionally well for us and we are so happy we switched to induction! Overall, we have just been pleased with the durability and service, especially compared to other places we have shopped for appliances over the years.

The only thing for us was that the store is three stories high and my Nana can't climb stairs well so she couldn't look at everything that was in stock. Well, stop I did, to see if they had a gift for a friend's birthday. First, I love any store that smells like balsam as you walk through the door. The scent makes me feel like a kid again. The smell of balsam reminds me of these trips. Second, I was shocked by the variety they had. Maple syrup, Maine souvenirs, crafting supplies, wooden figurines, and antiques. The have a sign stating that they "glue chairs". I didn't know that was a thing, but apparently, it is... They also sell wreaths and Christmas trees during the appropriate season. And finally, the owners were as nice as could be. They had out hot chocolate for the kids, and they wrapped my little gift up neatly. They only give store credit, no cash back. We quickly used that to buy a bunch of toys we will use. Really friendly owner. The store is huge and has tons of clothing, toys, games and more. The only downfall is that it is not that organized and kind of messy. I have there a couple times now and will be back again. The owner is also a certified car seat expert, so she can inspect your car seat and make sure you are using the correct one and that it is installed properly in your car.
