We were all surprised since the tuition is just $159 and we never late before. We talked to the teacher, Yolander, She called Macia. Macia did not want to talk to us(Next time when she met us, she pretended nothing happened), Simply told her that all of you need to pay the late fees. Yes, we did pay the extra $25. We quited the following year and joined other club instead. We think Macia only cares about money. In the all two years my daughter there. She never met us and talked with us once. You can judge how good this sudio is. But we want the family environment for kids.

In person they often come across as arrogant and not very welcoming, which is already uncomfortable for members. Today I also tried calling for help with a simple question, and the person on the phone refused to assist me. For a place with membership fees at this level, people expect a much higher standard of service and professionalism. It's frustrating that I can't even cancel my membership right now because it's the beginning of the month and refunds are not offered. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing.

You don't have to reserve a spot in the class in advance and there is no penalty for walking in late. I highly recommend checking out classes taught by Nikki! Kidtown is where kids can play for up to 2 hours every day while the parents get to do whatever they want at the gym. On top of exercising, this includes the ability to do work in the well-designed library, swim in their indoor and outdoor pools, relax in the hot tub, dry or steam sauna and simply being able to shower in peace. The outdoor pools have an area where the depth is 1.5 feet which is perfect for my toddler. I've never had a problem with the staff; all are friendly and helpful. I come here about 5/week. My oldest daughter expressed interest in learning more Hebrew, so we looked for, and found, a wonderful Hebrew tutor. Tamar works with both of our daughters at the same time (during the same hour) but manages to successfully individualize their Hebrew instruction. Over the course of the year, Tamar has learned what motivates them and how to motivate them! She is very patient with both girls and is so supportive of their progress. They both look forward to working with her because she is just so genuinely encouraging. Tamar cares about their Hebrew instruction, and it shows. She has brought over games, songs, and supplements that continue to engage my girls. Both girls have improved their Hebrew tremendously. My oldest is a fluent reader and while preparing for her Bat Mitzvah, is also simultaneously learning Hebrew as a language. My youngest has learned all of her letters and is an emerging reader (with consistent, steady progress). Tamar is warm, gracious, patient, dedicated, caring and works engaging her students. I can not recommend her more highly. She is a gem in the world of educators and we are so fortunate to be working with her.
