I have been a longtime customer, 9 years and 3 Ram trucks to be exact. I brought my 2021 Ram Limited for service and was met with subpar service from your staff. The issue at hand, my truck would not start and I would have to have it jumped in order for it to run. This issue continued over a period of time. I scheduled an appointment with Dick Huvaere's to have my truck serviced. My truck was in service for 5 days, only to be told that there were no mechanical issues with it, that my battery needed to be replaced. Therefore, I purchased a battery for my truck, which I should not have had to pay for. I was told by the dealership that any other additional issues, repairs etc.. they would cover the expense's incurred. Which they did NOT stay true to their word. Not even 2 weeks later, my truck would not start again, resulting in having it jumped once again. I have brought my truck to your dealership several times 3 to be exact, to have this issue addressed, but I have not received satisfactory results. The technicians were unable to identify the problem, and the issue persisted despite their efforts. This has not only been inconvenient for me, but it has also caused me to lose confidence in the reliability of my truck. I rely on my truck to get to and from work. I have been inconvenienced by the repeated trips to your dealership, which has lead to a great deal of stress and frustration. When I spoke to your staff, they were unapologetic and seemed disinterested in helping me. Despite all my attempts to have this issue resolved, I was basically forced to break my lease early, causing me more stress. I now drive a Ford. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher standard of service from your company.
