December 2024- Shane Warrington makes emergency water diversion. January 2025- Shane digs French drains around house addition. Shane digs a 9'x9' x 6.5 ' deep hole in our yard. Connects the drainpipes, fills hole with rock, and replaces the lawn. October 2025 atmospheric river x 2. Raining now (November) - basement is dry. Crawl space is dry. It is raining too much to get a picture of the yard restored.- it looks good. Great attitude, too, which helps when you are panicking about saving your house.

Omg. How amazing this team is! We had a branch come through our roof. It was a nightmare. Instead, these guys came and removed the branch, repaired our roof, and fixed the ceiling with such an expert patch job that you can't even tell where the hole was on our ceiling.
