I have worked with hundreds of contractors and supply vendors over the years and for me, it's always about how a problem is resolved that matters. Mistakes happen, you gotta get over that. So the opening for the faucet was not in the right spot. I talked to Dave and we got it worked out and resolved yesterday. Absolutely one of the best experiences of problem solving in recent memory. One quick phone call and we had a win-win situation. I didn't tell Dave this, but this was not the product my daughter was expecting. She wanted and thought she had ordered from Lowes a butcher block countertop that one can cut on because we come from a family of chefs and that's what we're used to. This product is (immaculately) finished. But it's so beautiful my daughter immediately got over her upset and is very happy with it.
