Finally Chase came to my house again and we decided on the epoxy color and it was to take two days to do the work the following week. The following week never happened. I contacted my attorney and a certified letter was sent to Mr Toth and no response. I'm in the process of contacting the HICPA and the Attorney General's office. I will also contact the BBB. So needless to say, do not do business with Chase Toth because Chase Toth will not do business with you. I will get my deposit refunded.

Some of the windows had obvious water spots, some were just plain dirty, etc. I took pictures and sent them to the owner. He said he would come to my house and inspect the windows, which was nice of him, Then he emailed me and said he didn't see any problems with the windows, in the pictures or in person, and that the spots, dirt, etc were all on the inside. I don't understand how he couldn't see the problem in the pictures. The water spots on my kitchen window, for example, are so obvious, even in the photo. See attached. Plus, I double checked the windows and the problems are most definitely NOT on the inside. Maybe others have had good experiences, but I did not.
