I went to a few stores and no luck. I did have a fine worker from Rural King recommend I just head over to "see Rudy". Lo and behold Rudy took care of me on the spot. Life as a Hoosier just keeps getting better. While I was there, a father and son came in with a broken muffler from an ATV. Came in and told the owner was to busy to talk and rep walked away. We decided to get our work done for our cottage back home in Indianapolis, IN. Tried to give our business to a local company in Monticello but never again. We will transport it back to Monticello in a couple weeks from our welder in Indy. Would never, ever recommend this company as they don't have any customer service at all.

They installed hardwood flooring wrong and had to rip out THREE TIMES, wasting lots of expensive product. Her "flooring expert" even installed it backward (nailing on the groove side). Then finally she hired someone who was a decent subcontractor but told me the she didn't pay him and told me good luck getting him to finish the job. After 3 months of screwing around with her not showing up and doing the job wrong or crying to me about her stressful life, she refused to finish the job or refund my money. I would take her to small claims if I thought she would actually pay what the court orders.

I wanted to widen my driveway by removing the ornamental divider that had become overgrown with…read moretrees, bushes and schrubs. Mr. Gritten came over, looked at my divider and gave me a quote. I called around to get more quotes, but his was the lowest. He could do it immediately and didn't need me to be home. For $500, he pulled out all the deep-rooted plants, disposed of them, filled in the 96'X5' divider with rocks, dirt and gravel to level it with the rest of the driveway and smoothed it out. He's not a perfectionist so you will have a tad bit of tidying to do afterwards (if your'e a perfectionist), but he's quite affordable.
