I called from my cell to place an order for take-out. Diane took my order and made suggestions to save $ based on their special offer deals they had. When we arrived to pick up our food it was ready and Diane was there waiting with a smile! She knew we were travelling and asked if we wanted disposable plates and utensils because she says it is easier to have this when bringing food back to a hotel. Her customer service skills are amazing - it made me think she would make a very good impression on that Under Cover Boss tv show. Maybe she'll want to move to Halifax?
