I opted to go to Savannah Toyota who tested for free and told me the battery was fine. I did some scheduled maintenance and learned the lower ball joints were leaking and needed to be replaced. I liked the new feature of showing you a video the mechanic made pointing out the leak and the need for a cabin filter. Integrity told me their inspection is a complete work up but that's pretty much what Toyota did. I told them I could see$25 or so for a battery test to see how many amps are cranking. I'm still searching for a local mechanic that has reasonable prices for good work to get away from high Dealer prices.

We took our son's car in because it was overheating. Their diagnosis was that the head gasket was blown and the car needed a new engine. We were very reluctant to accept this, asked if they could just do the head gasket and they refused. So we towed the car to the Southern Motors Dodge and they diagnosed and repaired a blown radiator and faulty thermostat. They fixed them, accepting our aftermarket warranty, we paid our deductible and the car is fixed and driving beautifully. When my husband and I posted one-star reviews of Integrity on Google, the owner became nasty, called my husband "insane" publicly and posted responses saying that our engine was blown (it's not) and that the dealership (Southern Motors) only wants our money and doesn't "care about us". Avoid this repair shop for serious car issues. This was the second car they told us had a blown engine. Maybe the first one really was toast, but this one was NOT. Integrity wanted us to unnecessarily spend $8,000 on a new engine when a $1,000 radiator (covered by our warranty) was all it needed. I wonder how many others they've scammed through the years?

They informed me that I needed new rear air shock and quoted me a replacement cost of $1,141.06 (shocks and labor). I asked if I could supply the shocks so I could save some money but they said "no" - that they don't allow customers to supply their own parts (remember - repair shops mark up the prices on part big time). So, rather than paying $917.58 from Integrity for the shocks, I went on EBAY and bought after market replacement shocks for $120.00. I went to Atkins and Bob Motors and told them what I was doing. They were happy to install the new shocks for me and quoted me about $150.00 for the install. I made an appointment for the next day at 10 am. Within a few minutes they had compared my after market shock to the OEM shocks on the vehicle and said that they would work. Within an hour my car was ready and the new rear air shocks were working beautifully - and - They charged me below the quoted price. I was very happy with the service and tipped the mechanic who worked on my car. During my wait while the car was being worked on, I enjoyed my conversation with the two service writers in the store. Real nice guys! I should mention. I am a retired ASE Master Technician and I know a good and fair repair job when I see one. These guys were good and fair and I recommend them highly!

The shop was well equipped to do a wide variety of work, not just oil changes. What really impressed me is how they rotated the tires and tightening the lug nuts. The tech did the work mostly by hand and then used a torque wrench on each lug nut to tighten to specification. This is super important both as a safety check and proper mounting to ensure alignment. Friendly staff took the time to explain what they were doing.

All he did was tear up the interior in that time. We stopped by his shop every single week and all we got from him were lies and excuses until we finally got fed up and pulled the car from him. There were rats in his shop that ate up our upholstery during that period. Do a search on him and look at all the litigation he has been involved in before you bring your car to his shop.
