The drivers were courteous and kept on top of their flight status and communicated with them. We met at the international arrivals gate where the driver was holding a sign with my name. He took care of all my bags, and drove me home without incident. The driver was professional, courteous, and well-mannered. The shuttle itself was a large minivan that was comfortable, but I thought the upholstery could have been cleaner. I have no idea what happened in those 2 months that made the rate go up so dramatically. Also, the driver was 15 minutes late. No big deal for me, because I padded extra time in requesting my pickup time, but it might be a big deal to others. The green van in the photo is not the vehicle that picked me up. It was a very old, very battered unmarked Ford Explorer. Also, the driver never bothered to tell me either at the time of the reservation or at pick up that they accept cash only!!
