In fact, on several occasions I would submit a message in the evening or over a weekend expecting a response back the next day or next working day (which I am fine with) and I would still get a response back quickly. The team was friendly and patience and very easy to do business with. It was easy to schedule a job, the waiting room was very comfortable and the job excellent.
