Food: I had a taste for something that I haven't had in a very, very long time...a shake. I ordered the smallest chocolate shake I could get mixed rather thick. It did not disappoint. My shake was everything I desired and some. Service: There was so much going on at the drive-thru that it seemed to overwhelm the young man taking their orders and giving them their items. Despite the chaos, he was calm, and kept his composure. I gave these young people their props before I headed out of the door. It was well deserved and earned! I usually enjoy Freddy's however this visit was the worst and I may never return. I ordered three meals. After the cashier struggled to take my order I got my food and drove home. Upon arriving home my family had realized these Freddy's Steakburgers were not like the others we have had before them. They were soggy and over-saturated in mustard. They were way too thin , dark an crusty on the top while also being light and mushy on the bottom. I returned to the restaurant with the little time I had to spare before work and all I was offered was a refund. I had to take my money somewhere else, order 3 more meals and wait for it all while rushing to get to work on time. This experience was the worst I have ever had from any restaurant. I ordered off Uber eats, I called before ordering to confirm they are open. I ordered my items in my Uber driver proceeds to tell me that they don't have ice cream instead of replacing it with anything else. He said they refuse to add anything. This is more of a review of the staff than the food, although the food was good and plenty. We brought my ten year old daughter to have lunch for her birthday. I gave her a dime. Again she used her fingers to count the money, then said oh it's 10.89. At this point I said thus is it. You have changed the price 3 times. She put the money in the register. I asked for my 10.00 change. Cashier replied "I owe you 5.00". I actually had to explain to her that 20.89 minus 10.89 equals 10.00. She went to get a manager to assist. The manager asked me what was I waiting on. I told her my 10.00 and food. After a very long nasty conversation with her, I told her to keep the food and give me my 20.89. Waited forever for Rogers, MN location to open. For $19.36 I received a double bacon cheese, patty melt and 2 fries. The bacon double had 2 small pieces of bacon (equivalent to 1/3 slice), 2 burgers patties? the 2 patties combined do not equal 1/8 lb- charred thoroughly and extremely bland. Patty melt had same quality meat, swiss cheese is processed cheese and thoroughly burned around edges. I couldn't eat it. Fries are similar to shoe string potatoes and had obviously sat under heat lamp for quite a while as they were very stale and rubbery. For the same price or less, I could go to any of our local restaurants with fine dining and order a burger meal with far more food, far better taste, real meat, cooked properly, meaty fries and restaurant fine dining service. read more

They must have just hired someone from What-A-Burger who thought mustard makes everything better.
