I'd like to give a shout out to Jessica Barthold! anyway, recently I got a new Motorcycle, called them and gave them all the required info so I could drive off the lot protected. so, I paid a little more for the remaining one-year policy. I got a new statement from Progressive about renewing my bill, it didn't seems quite right. As a matter of fact, it seems very high. So, I made one phone call (and DONE) to Jessica and basically, they saved my $400 bucks, yes, $400. same policy coverage, etc., etc. They just used to have my Motorcycle..... Now they have my 3 other vehicles and my home. anyone wanting real customer service and folks that will go out of there way, then I highly recommend them. Here is the kicker, if they can't save you money, they will tell you upfront and recommend a company. I have been working with Marleen Miles and Tisha Brandes for 9 years now.
