Met with the owner for the first time was thinking about moving my business account and personal taxes from my bank as a referral to the owner Mark Merki but after meeting him for 5 minutes i found him too be so arrogant and hostile that I knew immediately it was his way or the highway mentality. I have been i business for over 30 years and would never speak to a new customer referral the way this person chose to speak. He told me he was only interested in making money and that if i wasn't going to listen to his orders that we couldn't do business. I laughed and was shocked this guy the owner of the company had such arrogance to think that the customer is paying his bills and also has say in the matters, but you meet all kinds of poor business people these days and they are diffidently not a CPA firm I would ever do business with nor recommend to anyone unless your the type that puts on blinders and does what they tell you too. I would give this guy a F for flunking if I could. Maybe he just doesn't understand that there is a CPA firm on every corner these days and for sure people that understand that the customer butters the bread and would be happy to have new clients. Very thorough and competent. Between moving, dissolving an LLC and a corporation, and a side business / hobby with many receipts - they were able to navigate my tax returns promptly.
