Recently it was time to make some new improvements requiring implants. I just finished with the process and I am more than satisfied with the results. I am the son of a dentist, one of the best. I recently found…read morethis practice through my insurance company, and so, far, between various family members we have seen 3 dentists at this practice, and 3 different hygienists. All have been fantastic. Personally, I was seen by Dr. Spencer-Fuller, and have had the most comprehensive dental exam I've had in the past 20 years! It was also refreshing to not feel as if all they were trying to do is see how many services they could sell to me. Dr. Spencer-Fuller did make me aware of different options for various treatments that may be of interest to me, she did not make me feel pressured into any of them, and I felt very educated on what each option entailed, the benefits vs the rewards, and how to make the best choices for my situation. SO glad to have finally found a dental practice I can TRUST. I highly recommend this practice. Not only was I very happy with the dentists, the entire staff was very friendly and competent.

She said would not. Note this office offers stem cell treatment. Insurance does not pay on my plan probably most do not. Ps employees in front gossip talk a lot. After confirming the surgery date we were surprised to learn just days before that they had scheduled it incorrectly from the start, forcing us to drive an hour further to get a surgery date a day later then we hoped. Terrible communication and organization. Every interaction with them left us feeling frustrated. We do not plan on returning nor would I ever recommend this office.

I've always been slender, but some unknown, undiagnosed autoimmune disease I've struggled with for years, finally reached the point, to my absolute horror, where all of my teeth were rotting. My bottom teeth were so bad, I lost the ability to chew meat and other nutrients. Dr. V, in an 8-hour surgery, removed all of my teeth and replaced them with implants. When I looked in a mirror, I wanted to throw my arms around him and kiss his very skilled hands. I did not. The new teeth look virtually identical to my original teeth, just far more perfect. My local dentist suggested I go to Advanced Endodontics for a difficult root canal on a rear molar…read more I was very worried as have difficulty breathing through my nose due to sinus congestion. I met with Dr Goguen and she was able to walk me throug the process and procedures that would fit my individual situation. She and the staff set up a plan and put me in contact with their Anesthesiologist Dr Dorsch. She in turn explained her potion of the process and answered any questions I had. After my appointment was confirmed, I received calls from both Advanced Endodontics and the Anesthesiologist two days before my procedure to make sure I was ready. One the actual day I arrived and the staff was totally prepared and I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. The process went exactly as planned on time with no issue. I had No Pain, No Discomfort and went home feeling fine. I received 2 follow up calls to make sure all was well. It was a great success and I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness exhibited by the staff. I saw they treated myself and other patients as human beings and not numbers.
