Dr. Grayson came in and went over my diagnoses and the treatment he recommended at this time. He's very personable and acts like he really cares, like everyone else at this practice. I highly recommend them.

Our daughter tore her ACL doing competitive cheer and we came to Dr. Moore "by chance", but am so glad we found him! He (and his brother and father) specialize in sports medicine, so he understood the importance of getting our daughter diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible. He went above and beyond in every area, and always treated us with the utmost courtesy and respect, never ever feeling like a number, or a nuisance. I hesitate to say the ways in which he went above and beyond for fear of setting the same expectation for everyone who comes in. But it was VERY appreciated, and I know he will deal with each patient's particular situation with individualized attention and care. Our daughter is one-year post-op now, which is what prompted me to write this. I can truly say that Dr. Moore advised us with the best method and procedure for her ACL repair, given her age and particular situation. The surgery itself was highly successful, and a year out, she is enjoying life as an active teenager again. (Note: it was 10 months to full recovery, I just happen to be writing this 1-year out). I can't recommend Dr. Grayson Moore, and his entire family and staff, enough!

They opened a DNA sequencing clinic to better identify pathogens. I have been fighting an infection in my nose for over two years since my last cosmetic procedure. I was referred to Dr Currasco by my cosmetic surgeon and Dr Currasco has been amazing in that he also embraces holistic approaches to healing. He even contacted this clinic for diagnostic kits. I did have an unpleasant interaction with one of his staff, who was having an off day (perhaps I was also?) it took me over a week to get medicine Dr Currasco had prescribed because she wasn't following up with the pharmacist phone calls.. meanwhile I trust Dr Currasco and I feel at the appropriate time he'll refer me to an infectious disease specialist, if required. After what just happened, she will now be finding a new provider as well. My daughter was seen for what ended up being a very brief appointment--no more than 10 minutes--and we were charged $300 for the visit. We are currently self-pay because we are in between health insurance plans, so costs matter even more right now. To make matters worse, they performed a pregnancy test during this appointment even though she had just been there the week before for the exact same test along with her Depo shot. There was no explanation given for why it needed to be repeated. It feels completely unnecessary and excessive to duplicate testing like that--especially for self-pay patients. There is no way an insurance company would have paid this much for the same visit, which makes the charge feel even more unreasonable. I also attempted to call the office to discuss this concern, but had to leave a message because there was no one available to speak with. No one has returned my call, which only adds to the frustration and lack of communication. This experience came across as more profit-driven than patient-focused care. We expected transparency, fair billing, and better communication. Instead, we left feeling taken advantage of. Based on repeated experiences, we will not be returning.

I was seen on 6/11 by a presumptuous, entitled boy who calls himself a doctor. I had seen him before and was very displeased to see him again, but I decided to stop by because there has been a series of illnesses in my family. Even though I was starting to feel better, I wanted to ensure I didn't have strep since my husband had already tested positive and I am in early pregnancy. I thought they would be quick and it would be a simple strep test--what could go wrong? A lot, it turns out. First, the test came back negative. When I questioned the doctor and asked how it was possible to be negative when my husband was positive, he completely cut me off and asked how old I was. I told him I was 41, and he reacted by saying, "And you are pregnant???? Wow!" This made me feel horrible for being pregnant at my age, regardless of what he was truly thinking. It was completely unprofessional and showed he is clueless about the reality of the world, where more and more women are having babies in their 40s and it is perfectly normal. Even if he thought it was "too late," it is none of his business, and it was an unfortunate comment to make. But that is not the worst part. It turns out I didn't get better; I was spitting up blood clots all week, which I had mentioned to him. I finally went to another facility today, and I tested positive for strep. Seriously. You cannot begin to understand the level of outrage I feel right now. They took my money and my time, and they did me an incredible disservice that could have cost me my baby or my own life. They let a pregnant woman walk out thinking she didn't have strep when she actually did. Untreated strep is life-threatening. Thank God I listened to my husband and went to a real medical practice. This place is a disaster. They couldn't even diagnose something as basic as strep; can you imagine what else they might miss? This person should never be a doctor and should not be allowed to practice. EDIT to Respond to provider's note: The test was taken 5 days after experiencing symptoms. I told the provider (even worse for them not to give me a proper doctor!) that my husband had tested for strep and his symptoms evolved later than mine so yes, the test should have caught strep without a question. The second test I took was only 2 days after my test at Lewis, not several days. There is no excuse for the test to have come negative. And also I don't understand what you don't agree with regarding the pregnancy comment. That was the comment that was made. That's a fact, not an opinion. Made me feel bad and he had no place making such comment regardless of what his intentions really were. Period. This is not a comment one should make. It was wrong and it is even more terrible that you won't acknowledge how inappropriate it was. I'm so glad I went to a place who gave me a proper doctor and a proper test. Thank God.

Not only was her work way too conservative (as in you can't tell a difference), I now have a scar under my nose. That scar is the only noticeable difference in my face after spending thousands and dealing with the pain of the procedure and recovery process. I wish I had never gone to her. Another facial plastic surgeon reviewed her work and told me because of my eye structure I was never a good candidate for an upper bleph and Dr. Saxon should've told me that instead of taking my money and cutting me open for no reason. I'll post before and after pics and you can see (note that in the before for my eyes I had eyeliner on but no liner in the after, which may make it look like there's a minimal difference like more lid space, but there's actually not. They also zoomed in more so it looks like the photos are a little different, but they're not, there's definitely not many thousands of dollars worth of difference). No exaggeration, this will probably go down as one of the top regrets of my life (very expensive and literally the only difference is a scar on my face now) so I just feel obligated to warn others like I wish I had been warned. She's really nice, her staff is so kind, but they should've just kept my money and not given me a scar on my face (Also, again the staff was sweet as could be to me, but I know for a fact at least one of these 5 star reviews (I'm not gonna name names) is an employee who yes is also a patient but should note in her review that she works for her, so it's a bit biased)
