Beware. Do not give your money to this place. They take advantage of being the only facility of its kind. It provides terrible customer service, worse officiating, and will scam you out of money if given the opportunity. I joined a team halfway through the season and was conned by front desk staff to pay for the entire season vs a drop in game. Likely my fault for misunderstanding their terms and conditions, which are not provided or explained upon paying up front. The entire game was fairly physical. During the second half, a player from my team fouled another player. The player from the other team struck my teammate in the back of the head, which prompted another player on my team to strike the opposing player in retaliation. Quickly, this altercation intensified and the both benches rushed the 2 individuals. I ran over to the fight first because of my position in relation to the fight, and calmed down both teams to de-escalate the situation. By the time this was over, the ref, GM, and other useless staff members responded to the scene. When the ref arrived he gave me a red card for being "the third man to the fight" and called the game. After explaining what happened, the GM allowed his staff members to tell our team to leave through the back of the field house on the opposite side of the parking lot, while they chatted it up with the opposing team. The next day, I emailed the GM to request an explanation and apology for the events the night before. I was emailed to call the field house. I called and was told my red card was removed from my account, validating my actions during the altercation, but was not thanked or apologized to for acting as their free security and being treated like a criminal in their establishment. I requested they refund my account for the full season and charge me only for the $15 drop in charge for the night I provided them bouncing services. I was told they do not give refunds back to cards. It makes sense why. This likely happens all the time and if everyone refunded because of their poor services they would go under. I was told my money could be credited to my Field House Account, for whatever that is worth, to use another time. I requested it be transferred to a friend because I will not ever go back there, but was told that was not an option. This place stinks, don't waste your money here. Go play outdoor somewhere else. I added email evidence to back the story.

    Snack Bar and seating area.

This is a great place to allow your children to practice and compete. Especially during the winter. Snack bar is sufficient with a good selection of draft beers...food should be partaken when no other options exist....and there are no other options considering you cannot bring in outside food. Lounge area could be improved upon as with the WIFI access. Also, the whole place could use a deep cleaning. For Stafford/Fred'burg, this place gets the job done....however, the potential for so much more exists. Gets a thumbs up from me; especially in light of the great customer service.

Cardio machines on the first floor: there are at least 5 of each, and rows of cardio machines next to three racquetball courts. Swimming Pool: Enough lanes for it to not be too crowded, with aquatic classes during the day, and a jacuzzi/hot tub and sauna that is often on the fritz but comes back to life every other couple of days for public use. Weights: there's a generous amount of machines on the second floor spaced out but it does get quite busy at peak times. Group Classes: there's a spin studio, personal training studio, group training studio, and a large group exercise room--most times there's only 5 people at a time in a class so it really is bag for your buck with one to one time with the instructor. AMFAM is not the cheapest, but it's definitely worth the price. Staff are approachable, friendly, and happy to help if you have questions.

This creeper would follow me all over the gym my whole time there-- usually about 90 minutes. He was always a couple machines away, staring. The manager wouldn't even look at the camera for evidence or to identify the stalker. She showed no concern for my safety. Her suggestion: "Confront him. Approach him and say, 'Hey, I notice you're following me. Do I know you from somewhere? Could you please not do that?' " Incredulously, I had to explain to a fellow woman that this is a good way to end up on the 6:00 news. Stalkers are not normal people. I asked her to just check the cameras and have someone talk to him. She refused. So, their shiny gym is useless. Be careful, people. Don't send your daughters there alone.

This review is for the swimming pool only…read more This was my first time at the WISC and I was darn impressed with the amount of activities offered. I had no idea this was tucked back in this area by Lafayette H.S. The setting is pretty and back in the woods. Parking is plentiful, you just may have to walk. Specifically for the pool is very limited in the rear. For officials and coaches they have a designated lot not far. Spectator parking is in front of the main building unless you get lucky. The pool is in the rear of the main building. I believe it's only a few years old, possibly built in 2017. It does not look like much from the front, but don't let that fool you. Locker rooms are up front. The lobby area is very small for congregating before and after meets. The pool itself is a 10 lane short course. In order to conduct warm-up/cools down during a meet a lane, or two is closed running the heats at either 8, or 9 lanes. There is a small baby pool up front. The deck is decent size and has bleacher area for athletes and limited spectator bleachers. Fold up chairs are permitted. Around six garage doors are around each side of the structure to improve air quality of the temperatures are conducive. The two day meet hosted by 757 Swim was in January. Garage doors overall were closed with a few at the start area up a quarter to improve air quality. Needless to say with cooler temps it was chilly for the athletes when waiting for their events. The meet hosting was fantastic by 757 and timelines were mostly hit by the officials crew. Upon first entering the pool area I was struck with a heavy chlorine smell and my eyes began to burn. Well duh... pools are chlorinated but this was heavy. I'm around pools everyday, so I know the challenges of pool air quality. Both days were consistently the same on poor air. My athlete had a cough and sore throat a day after the meet. This to me is dangerous over a long period of time. Two days is not a long period. Splashes also add to the churning up of chlorine thrown up in the air. It was a large meet with lots of splashes and my older swimmer was second session. Possible HVAC issue on my visit? I can't really say other than friends said it's been better. If your interested in all that's available at WISC check their website, or read other reviews here on yelp. If swimming is your thing then consider a membership to the pool. It is an amazing complex with incredible offerings. If for not the issues with air I'm at a 4, but with air quality challenged a 3 fits them best.

DO NOT sign your child up for this program. Go anywhere else and your child will get better…read moretraining from other clubs in the area. Was with this club for 6 years. The owner does not communicate with the parents (the ones that pay) and if he is confronted with any of his poor behavior, he kicks you out from the group chat because he's scared of all consequences. He has lost more coaches than anything and refuses to pay the good ones that attempt to stay. He will promise and sell you and your child on many things, believe none of it. He also will put you in a contract that essentially tells you that if you don't practice, you won't play. That's all well and good, but the owner WILL NOT budge on missed practices, even for things that are scheduled well in advance because he refuses to put out the training schedule in a fair amount of time for any type of planning for families. I paid upfront for the season which was $118 per month taken out automatically each month. After already having taken two payments out, I was made aware that there weren't enough players to make up a team of futures players in my son's age group. This is after I had already bought the expensive uniforms as well. So they gave me the option of enrolling him in the recreational Academy or I could try the travel Academy, which was thousands of dollars. So I opted for the recreational Academy so that at least my son would be playing soccer. I tried to get back two of the payments which had been taken out of my account automatically after the future's team was canceled. I was faced with several people in the chain of command ignoring my emails. They finally responded when I threatened to Charge back the payments with my bank. In the end, they only refunded one of my payments with no explanation of why I didn't get the other $118 payment back. As for the recreation team, it is highly unorganized and the coaching is a joke. They cancel games and practices all the time and you don't even get what you pay for with the recreational team. I do not recommend FSCI unless you just don't care whether your soccer player learns any new skills or gets to play competitively. They shouldn't have gotten mine and my son's hopes up and charged me for membership until they knew for sure they'd have enough players for a team. The whole ordeal speaks highly of disorganization and not being professionals.

When I raised concerns with the staff and front desk, I was met with attitude and told to call guest services if I need help. This was what Ivan said after he said "we can remove the service for you right here" before he doubled down and threw a card on the counter and told me to call guest services. Additionally, one of the inept employees in the kids club, misidentified me as the parent who cussed her out and was hostile.
