After realizing the park's hours of operation did not work with my son's and my schedule, I immediately reached out by email requesting to cancel the membership. My request was denied. I also explained the financial hardship caused during the government shutdown, contacted corporate directly, and submitted a formal letter, yet they still refused to work with me. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that this park is not customer-focused. Customers are locked into a strict 12-month contract regardless of whether the membership becomes unusable, financially difficult, or was originally presented in a misleading way. PLEASE CHECK BUSINESS HOURS AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING ANY CONTRACT.
