Waited about a month went in to check what was going on that no one contacted me. Peter was on holidays and no one knew anything about my dresser or my glass doors .Manager looked into it did not find anything. I left and went elsewhere. Not too impressed' Today i went in for a picture window for my living room. The lady at the desk was very nice and took info of my window and then brought me over to (guess who) Peter. The first out of his mouth was( I'm going on vacation and i have no time for this). i walked out , the young lady tried to help but the damage from peter attitude. Sorry but i bought my window elsewhere. i was also looking for an air exchanger that will buy elsewhere. Not too imppresed with KENT.

Called the centre and they got someone from south side to call back. "We changed your delivery date," was the answer. But no one called to inform me? "Well, we only deliver to Stanley on Thursday. But I guarantee you'll have it Thursday morning!" Thursday morning has come and gone. Called back to the centre and now they have to contact South Side to find out when they are planning to deliver... Don't offer delivery if you can't do the job.

We purchased all of our appliances there for our new home and three new toilets there as well. It…read morewasn't until sometime after that the toilets were installed that we discovered that the toilet seat was disfigured. Upon trying to return the toilet seat today and request a new one either from the toilet set or one from their shelves, the associate at the front said that it was very unhygienic to put a toilet seat on her counter and that it wasn't even in a plastic bag. Since the toilet seat had not been used I did not feel like it was unhygienic. She said that they don't take returns on toilet seats and if the toilet was purchased beyond a return date that no returns would be permitted -- are you listening CONTRACTORS? To prove the seat was unused I licked the damn thing. Apparently proof isn't what the manager wants and ordered me out of the store, saying that it was vile to do that in front of his associate. He also said that if he never sees me again, he'd be most happy. I asked if he was serious and he replied, "please leave my store." There are other places to purchase hardware and construction items so don't buy from Mike. He's a jerk who might have been having a bad day and decided to refuse service to someone who has spent over $6,000 in one year in his store. BTW, their delivery service is shabby.
