From the first consultation meeting to the finished product you could definitely see Paula's creativity, enthusiasm for design, and high level of professionalism. Paula listened to our concerns, took our ideas into consideration, and helped us step outside our comfort zone (which we are so happy she did). They have a respectable selection of different types of uses for stained glass. They have on window shop display a variety of earrings and necklaces that are handmade, one of a kind unique, which looks like it is made for different pieces of glass. They do traditional, formal, informal, etched glass windows of all sizes. There is this one four foot by three foot etched glass of a couple dancing in a modern Toulouse-Lautrec type of style. They have the 20's look stainglass as well as "hippie" style, as well as anyother style you can conjure up. In this world where everything is now seemed to be made in China, you can walk at the side of the store, its on a corner, and peer into the glass workshop. This is a REAL glass work shop being used for many years. During regular hours you might be able to see the craftsman at work and see different commissioned pieces in various stages of completion. There are very few artists in America that are worth their salt. This one is worth both their salt and pepper. A must stop.even to window shop.

We hired Kitchen Master Design and Modelling because we liked their designs the best of the four…read morevendors we got designs from. They were also the only ones that would redo the lighting in our place without dropping the ceiling. They also have a five-year warranty, which gives us peace of mind with such an expensive and major redesign. We had new solid wood floors installed, complete remodel for the kitchen with new cabinets, sink, island, and quartz wall tiles, added new appliances and they were able to add conveniences such as a pantry and more functional cabinet spaces. They also updated our lighting and electrical switches. Na and Sway were generally good at responding within a day or so of reaching out. There were a few times when we had communication issues, such as what was written in the contract, but we were able to resolve them quickly. I also commend them for helping with getting our Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances through the door even though they were not responsible for that and helping fix damages done by the ABW appliances delivery team. We would recommend them again, the kitchen cabinets, fixtures and lighting are very well done. Our condo is small so their ability to help turn the kitchen into a space a master chef would be proud of and is more functional and better floor plan is much appreciated. The finished kitchen has a wow factor for everyone who has seen it and could be in a design magazine. We intend to use them again for our bathroom remodeling jobs in the future.

We remodeled our kitchen, powder room and bathroom. Near the end of the project, we had an issue in our basement (unrelated to the remodel, a wall came down when we put up our own shelving) and they were able to come in quickly to completely reno the basement as well. Some of the highlights of working with Kitchen Master: - 5 year warranty. Enough said. - Great personal service: Na was super responsive, and helped us make decisions on finishes within my budget (even coming to the house with countertop, flooring, and cabinet samples based on a general idea of our style). I'm pretty indecisive so I have to give Na a lot of credit for putting up with my text messages that said things like: "Would this paint color look weird with the tiles I selected?" Or "idk, what do you think we should do with this space?" Her suggestions were definitely better than what I could come up with on my own. - Budget: Na and Sway really worked with us on our budget. We were able to get quality where it counted with no upsells, and spend less in areas that either weren't as important to us, or where the price is less of an indicator of quality. This was really important to me because I don't have the time, patience, or expertise to price shop for materials on my own. -Creativity: I had two contractors tell me they likely would not have the space to turn my powder room into a bathroom with a shower. When Na and Sway came over for the estimate, they very quickly identified that they could move the toilet and sink to another spot and knock out the pantry to make it happen. It looks amazing, and feels more spacious than before strangely enough. We also wanted to knock out part of our kitchen wall, but their were vents in the way making it impossible. They quickly came up with a solution to MOVE THE VENTS (!) at a lower cost than expected. - Professionalism and Quality: The end project was incredible and it feels like a different home. Na and Sway feel like family and I will definitely use them again.

The heart-shaped design of the flower wall he designed for me was also unique to the area. He was flexible in designing my custom wall and got back to me quickly. I also rented awesome steel marquee letters from him and he threw in some gorgeous barn tables as part of the rental! Highly recommend his flower walls, shrub walls, barn tables, and marquee letter rental services. His prices and quality are impressive!
