Salon Lofts is an interesting concept, where hair stylists work independently without having a common receptionist. So, all of the appointment-making is through the online scheduling system or by direct contact with the specific stylist. The space of the loft is divided up into individual small studios where each stylist works. Anyway, I think Jennifer did a wonderful job listening to my ideas and then giving me honest opinions about what would look best on me. She was very skilled and patient, and she was great to talk to.
