She has given me exactly what I've wanted every time even when I thought it was impossible. I had a moment and boxed dyed my hair quite a few times and came to her for a color correction and she surpassed my expectations. I of course wanted to go back to blonde after going dark and she was very honest during the entire process and was able to give me what I wanted and my hair still feeling nice and shiny. She's very nice and fun to be around and never makes me feel judged even when I have my breakdown and color my hair at home. She's incredibly down to earth and all around an amazing stylist with years of experience. If you're in this area, I HIGHLY recommend you see Melissa. I will continue to be a lifelong client of hers.

I haven't been to a real hair salon in probably 10-15 years. Went to Great clips about 5 years ago for my last hair cut but I wanted to splurge and get a little pampering! Most things are charged by the hour and each stylist has a different rate based on their "level" I came with a pic of what I wanted and Jade delivered. Almost identical. And if my face was as thin and flawless as the AI version I brought in it would have been exactly the same lol. She also has these wonderfully long nails that feel amazing when she's washing your hair! She was conversational without being nosy or over talkative. I got my hair cut a few months back and the experience was generally good, it was on a night where most of the workers seemed to be going out with each other and I was the last one booked for the night so my stylist didn't get to go (I know this because she asked me 15mins before my appointment if I could reschedule). Anyways, I asked for about 4in off, layers and a full dye. When we were finished the manager came to check her work bc I assume maybe she's newer (which is fine), but the lady had to redo all of my layers because they weren't done correctly. So we stayed much later probably until 9:30pm. Then when I got home I noticed that one side was way shorter than the other! I had to personally cut almost 2in off my left side of hair just to get it even. Now I know maybe she wanted to go out and felt rushed but it was not professional and I hope that if I go there again I get a better experience and that Amber pays more attention to detail to her future clients. I felt sad since this place has high reviews and i felt I didn't get what I paid for.

She did my hair for my engagement pictures, then a few weeks later cut, colored, and styled it to perfection.
