I first walked into FreE-Cigs without really knowing what I was looking for. I had recently quit smoking but still missed the social aspect and still needed something to do in circumstances where I would normally smoke. Kevin was busy at the moment, but James, after finishing with another customer, gave his undivided attention to answer all of my questions and help me decide what I should start with. Everything I asked was met with an answer that left no doubt as to the knowledge James had about every product in the store and what would work best with how and when I would vape. I had seen videos of the many mods and I rebuildables available, and initially this is what I thought I'd walk out with. However, after great conversation with James, and some input from Kevin, I decided on the starter Evod with the Weisenheimer E-liquid and a pack of 1.8 ohm coils. I left completely satisfied with my purchase and experience at FreE-Cigs My experience was more than I could ask for. I have since been back quite a few times and the experience only grows. Kevin and James have no problems with answering any questions and radiate their passion in each customer interaction from beginners to the experienced. They also expand my own knowledge with every visit. Dear god do these people make you feel dumb! I've only been off of cigs for a couple months so this was only my 4th visit to the store. I really like vaping, but my recent experiences here make me question where I'm getting my supplies! I could have given a yelp complaint after my second visit...I didn't. I should have given a yelp complaint after my third visit...I didn't. After my fourth visit tho, I cannot hold back... I get it..it's probably more annoying to deal with a "rookie" that hasn't vaped very long vs someone who has for years. But if you want people to keep coming back to your store, trying treating them with class and respect. If we don't know which kind of coil to get for instance, instead of rolling your eyes and acting disgusted, educate me on the differences of each and let me know what it's called so when I go back the next time I don't have to go through this again! During my previous visit, me and my girlfriend walked into the store, and were looking on their chalkboard list of vape juices. Maybe a full minute went by of us looking at the flavors and the guy just says out loud with a dull expression on his face, "you guys just going to stand there?". I've been only extremely nice to these workers but any time I ask for something or say what I need to replace they act extremely annoyed that I'm in the store. The only exception is the younger guy that works there. He's always been nice and very helpful to me. I would also understand if they were busy each time I walked in and they felt overwhelmed, but each time in there I've either been the only person in the store or there's been one other person. I'm giving this place one more chance after this, and only because the store is conveniently located 2 blocks away from my house. They have everything you need here to vape and accessories! Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I came in with issues with my Nautilus and Kevin helped me fix the issue which we found was bad coils. He set up my tank and afterwards I was able to sample a bunch of their homemade juices by another one of their incredibly knowledgeable staff. I just found my go to vape shop! read more

I have been going here since they opened their first shop. Originally it was a choice for me of driving into Lake County in a snow storm to buy cigarettes or stop on my way home to see what vaping was all about. Obviously I knew nothing - these folks guided me on all I initially needed to know - no "pressure" to purchase bunches of stuff at first - just encouragement to "try". I have gone in to a few other vape shops - to be totally disappointed. This vape shop (and their other locations) is far and away the best you can find in the suburbs. read more

Best B&M ive been to yet! These guys definitely know there shit about everything vape related and it shows. Great prices on everything from egos to mechs! All there liquids are made in house and super cheap. They hold clouds contests and giveaways on the last friday of each month and its such a great time. Stop by for all your vaping needs! read more

Amazing place! Staff really knows the products they offer, they are friendly and always available to help. The pricing is very modest, very competitive to online pricing and definitely the best deals in the area, hands downs! As mentioned in a previous review, it would be nice to offer other juice aside from the house-made juice they offer; though, I really like a handful of their juices, definitely my go-to's. Hands-down the best Vape shop I have come across. I am in the customer service industry myself and I have to say they by far have the best consistent customer service I've experienced in a long time anywhere. Most Vape shops that I've been to you go in and it's all about the sale to them, but here that's not the case. This place is truly all about the customer and they make sure to go above and beyond to get you the product that's best you as an individual. Not only do they guide you through selecting something specifically for you, they educate you on the product, and help you with the set up making you leave with confidence! Consistently every time I go in there I am greeted by my first name and all of these guys know and remember exactly what I want every time I come in. That's very rare to find in customer service these days. Another big thing that sets themselves apart from the rest is the fact that they make their own house line of juices. Their prices are very affordable and the best prices for the value I've found anywhere. The great prices don't just stop there they have a five star rewards points program, which you receive freebies and or discounts more frequently than most point base reward systems I've seen elsewhere. They also run different sales from time to time on hardware and juices. Plus your birthday matters to them here I received a special promotion on juices on my birthday, which most places don't care to offer stuff like that. There's a local shop down the street and for what you pay here down the street it'll cost you double. This company and all the employees are truly based off of going above and beyond to exceed any customers expectations and that is what I've seen from them thus far.
