The worst company in the WORLD!! My internet has been out for over a month. The original tech said…read morehe couldnt fix it and someone else would be out that same day. No one ever showed up. I've called in every few days trying to get someone to come out & fix it. The reps keep escalating my repair ticket and telling me someone will be there between 8a-8pm the next day but no one has ever showed up in the entire month its been out. I had to argue with a rep for 30mins before she finally transfered me to a manger, but speaking to a manager did no good either. The reps nor the managers are able to do anything to help customers it seems...the best they can offer is a bill credit. Well yes I'll take the credit , I'm not paying you for service I didn't have. Wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible company...do not waste your money on a company that doesn't care about their customers and only gives them the run around when they call in.

Today it is not working and I went out to reset the button and it fell right off the wall. There are large holes in the stucco where the screws were put in.
