He didn't know much about the city, just very basic basic information and no talk at all between a monument to another. So far even the low quality it would be fine because I was appreciating his effort in speaking english, but what really made me disappointed was he warmly recommended a tapas bar as good and low price while it was a very expensive one, which tried to steal money adding things we didn't ask for. Not recommended by me at all!

He was a wonderful host, providing a ton of information about the dishes we ordered, the restaurants we visited, Spanish food culture, and Sevilla's tour destinations. Each of the places and the tapas seem to have been carefully chosen; none of the dishes were less than great. Definitely a good idea to do on the first night you're in town, as it gave us ideas for future dishes to order at the same (or different) restaurants. I'm also happy that the tour included a modern tapas restaurant. Without this, I may have stuck to exclusively traditional tapas places.

The bike ride gave us our bearings so that we knew how to get around the city for the next few days, and provided us a list of places we passed on the bike tour that we wanted to go back and check out further. The bike ride was not intense at all - it was about 2.5 hours, going at a moderate pace, stopping about every 2 minutes to checkout a new landmark, and for the most part there were bike lanes and/or a clear path to ride along. My boyfriend and I speak English, but there were others on the tour that spoke Dutch so Roselle gave the tour in both languages. I highly recommend this tour!

They arrived at our hotel with perfect timing and took us on some of the best winery and bodega tours possible. Most of the outings were private and very educational. The selected excellent restaurants for us and showed us some fantastic natural scenery. I particularly appreciated Salvador's careful driving under some challenging conditions.

If you go to your right, there are steps that lead down to a covered walkway that goes around the back of the theater. There is one opening that leads to a platform to view the theater close up. The walkway was one-way, so we turned around and went back inside the museum. On the other side of the hall was a nice museum that had a nice illustration of how the theater looked like, when it was first built. Amazing to think that this place is around 2,000 years old. Entrance is at the "curve" of Calle Meson.

The facility is very large -- the tour kept going and going. It was neat to see it. It started with a short motorized "train" ride which was mostly unnecessary and gimmicky. The tour was almost full, maybe 40 people. Then we had a tour guide walk us through various buildings and explain various things about the sherry-making process. She was not a very good tour guide -- she made mistakes / corrected herself and her English was so-so. If you can afford this large facility, fancy videos, etc you can afford better tour guides. Near the end was a video that was kind of cheesy, but used multiple projection screens in a very cool way. Then we did a tasting of five sherries; they were all pretty good. Overall, the tour at Cayetano del Pino nearby was more authentic, friendly, small-group, and informative.

As you can see from my many pics and videos we toured lots of large, medium and small barrels of wine stored in different locations including above and below ground. Then we had a sit down wine tasting of port and sherry wines. I felt the port and sherry wines were too sweet for me, but might be nice after dinner as a dessert wine. I prefer dry wines like a good Chiati. After our wine tasting we shopped in their retail store to purchase some wine and souvenirs. Our tour bus took us back to our cruise ship at the port of Cadiz. THIS SITE IS A RIPOFF. If you are at panchtours.com or the website says "Sagrada Familia by Feel…read morethe City," it is trying to look like the official site but it is a deceptive third-party vendor. We received an email two weeks after our booking that there was "no availability" for our selected (and confirmed!) date. The email makes it sound like you can't get a refund. I actually WAS able to get a refund (I hope), through a very confusing process (you click "reschedule" then click on a line of text that says something about cancellations but doesn't look like a button, and that takes you to a blank screen with a phone number -- but I did receive an email confirming cancellation and I will be watching for it on my credit card statement). By the time this scammy site cancelled our booking, there was not availability for our desired time and tour on the official Sagrada Familia site, so we are having to go at a different time, not visit the towers, and hope that another location will agree to change our timed reservation there. I feel very foolish -- I was super-careful to search for official websites when I made all of my bookings, but somehow this one deceived me. I hope some readers learn from my mistake!!
