THIS SITE IS A RIPOFF. If you are at panchtours.com or the website says "Sagrada Familia by Feel the City," it is trying to look like the official site but it is a deceptive third-party vendor. We received an email two weeks after our booking that there was "no availability" for our selected (and confirmed!) date. The email makes it sound like you can't get a refund. I actually WAS able to get a refund (I hope), through a very confusing process (you click "reschedule" then click on a line of text that says something about cancellations but doesn't look like a button, and that takes you to a blank screen with a phone number -- but I did receive an email confirming cancellation and I will be watching for it on my credit card statement). By the time this scammy site cancelled our booking, there was not availability for our desired time and tour on the official Sagrada Familia site, so we are having to go at a different time, not visit the towers, and hope that another location will agree to change our timed reservation there. I feel very foolish -- I was super-careful to search for official websites when I made all of my bookings, but somehow this one deceived me. I hope some readers learn from my mistake!! read more

Not more than a fraud. We booked tickets for real alcazar thinking it was the official site (there was not written anywhere we were booking through Pancho tours). We paid 2 times the real price (29 euro per person while the ticket is 13.5 euro). If you book combined tickets (alcazar +giralda) things are even worse (c.a. 70 euros Vs 25 euro). This is a fraud. They are tricking people and are aware of it. On their website there is written full refund within 24 hours but they did not refund the tickets. They are selling audioguides that are free with the ticket. Not sure this is even legal. At the entrance of alcazar there is a warning on booking only through official web site with the link...meaning that several people made the same mistake. read more

Do not trust at all! An attempt was made to book online, but the website encountered an error and advised to try again later. Eventually, we made through another site. However, we discovered the following day that the original transaction had gone through even though the website indicated otherwise. An effort was made to obtain a refund for the order that was never intended, but unfortunately, their response was unhelpful and they declined any refunds despite their website's failure. Instead of assisting with the issue, they had the money which was all they wanted so they ceased communication entirely afterwards. I initially booked a number of tours for 2020 but due to Covid did not use them. "No problem" I was told by Pancho Tours, "you have a credit with us". When I tried to rebook for 2023 it was a royal hassle. It took about a dozen emails just to get dates and times secured. I was specific about which tours I wanted and the dates and times but they needed to confirm and reconfirm and so it goes. So we actually used a couple of tours. On our last full day in Barcelona, we were booked for Cas Milla at 9:00. This night before while we were having dinner (around 20:00), I received an email that this tour was cancelled. I was offered a tour on another day (namely after I left Barcelona); there was no legitimate explanation as to why the tour is cancelled . I was told that I would received a refund. I never received a refund. Fortunately I was able to book the same tour through Expedia So Expedia can provide me with the tour immediately but Panch had to cancel despite having weeks of notice. Lesson learned: do not book with Pancho is you want to see something - I can't take the chance of travelling all the way to any destination and not seeing what I want (and paid for). Seriously guys, you suck!! I was visiting the city with friends from France and Germany, and I was silent all the time, not showing off that this is my home city. First, history are facts, you are not even study a little about it, at the beginning it was hilarious but later literally pathetic. By far the worst experience in a long long time. Our tour guide Rafael had a lot of interesting facts to share with us, though I thought he could have been more engaging. Definitely recommend though! Not terrible but not great either. The tour guide we got for the English tour didn't actually speak English that well which is totally understandable normally except she also didn't speak any Spanish either! She was as foreign as we are :( As a result the vast majority of the tour was ridden/walked in total silence. The tour lacked that wow or fun factor that we've gotten on a lot of other bike tours in Europe...where you learn interesting and unknown facts about the city. This was more of a ride around for three hours and point at places to take pictures... Amazingly this is a magical week in Seville with the Santa Semana Catholic processions which are amazing - but the tour guide didn't mention them and when asked advised us to ask locals instead. Feedback for the company: don't put trainees on full-guided tours by themselves. It is not fair for full-price paying customers to get a guide who isn't experienced at all. read more

Not only knowledgeable of the history of Seville but also very engaging; It felt like I knew everyone in the group for years. Horrible experience. Definitely the worst tour guide experience , Be AWARE!!! We booked this tour through Viator (Alcazar Fast Track Guided Tour) 2 days ago and the experience was awful. First of all (in fine prints tickets to exhibit were not included, but i can bypass this issue bc i did not read close enough). All the details in the tour state "Fast Track/ Skip Line" to alcazar palace- however we waited 2 hours in line ( non-organized and complete chaos. Many other tour guides went ahead of ours and we stood without water or drink for 2 hours+ before entering Alcazar. We chose English and our tour guide (Female lady w glasses) could barely speak english, our headsets were broken and to top that off she rushed through the tour with little history or knowledge of the exhibition and palace. A waste of time and definitely a waste of money. If you read other Viator tour experiences, you will see some similar horrible ones, and i wonder if they pay or fake ghe 5 star ones. All the guests in our tour (roughly 15) were upset and some lost their other booked tour due to the lack of organization and lack of experience these guys and our female tour guide had (by the way she never introduced herself or gave formal greeting at the beginning, so i dont know her name). Definitely read the poor reviews carefully of this company. I hope they will revamp their performance and improve website accuracy about lack of "fast pass / skip line" to Alcazar. read more

No one answered their phone. I found out later from another person on the tour that they arrived 30 minutes late.
