I ordered the women's Leo boots in brown based on the beautiful photos on the website and…read moreadvertisements on Instagram. The pair I received are drastically different than the ones in all the photos -- they are an uneven pale, almost greenish shade of brown, they do not have the interesting stripe detail on the heel, there are visible glue stains in several places on the leather, and many holes where it looks like the leather was punched incorrectly for the rivets. When I reached out to the company, they agreed that the boots I received look different to all of their photos of the Leo boots, but they told me that they cannot guarantee the colours of any brown shoes ordered and that I would be responsible for all return shipping if I did not want to keep the boots. The return policy on the website clearly states that the company should cover return shipping if the customer is sent an incorrect or faulty item. I am extremely disappointed in the poor customer service offered and feel that the photos on the website are a scam. If you order from this company, you will be sent an inferior, poor quality shoe.
