The response time was extremely speedy and I received my swatches a few days later. I ordered my dress at the end of May and received it 2 months later to the day. That is really fast for a custom gown! I called a couple of times to get updates on the progress and she was very willing to answer all questions. The dress itself is beautiful. I am thrilled with how well it has been constructed. I need a few alterations, but that was completely expected. Overall I give this Bridal Shop an A+!! Thank you so much.

Alicia kept…read moreassuring me the dresses would be ready and suddenly when they were needed, she told me numerous lies including that the phones were down in the office because an elderly man hit them and she couldn't track the shipment. She even lied about not being able to be in touch with the factory in China since there was an earhquake there. She finally refunded the order after hitting the timeline of 8 week wait. If you order from them you will never get your item. They are cheaper for a reason.
