I purchased the Coal Boots and received and damaged pair. I sent that pair back for an exchange that was promised to be inspected by a manager and then received an even more damaged pair. When I reach out to customer service they told me this was normal (reply in photos). The quality is extremely disappointing. If scratched, damaged, and stained boots are normal I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor quality product and customer service.

Freebird carries a line of unoriginal designs copied by unique small brands, specifically targeting PSKaufman. The quality of Freebirds are horrible and they are uncomfortable even after being worn in. When asked about the quality of their boots Freebird employees claim the boots are made with stacked leather heels, which would make sense for their price point, but why would "stacked leather" peel off on the heels exposing wood?

Love this store and this brand. Love their boots! Sales people are fun and helpful - not snobby at all. My next purchase will be sandals.

Freebird Boots fall apart, terrible craftsmanship. They look good at first but don't be fooled.

I went to the The Pedestrian Shop at 1425 Pearl Street in Boulder today. I told the female clerk…read morethat the shoes I was buying there was $20 less at the Stegmann's Shoe Company. She said they would match that price if I could prove that to her. I said I had a piece of paper in my car that had a photo of those Stegmann shoes and the price on it. I asked her if I got it for her would she give me the discount and match the Stegmann price. She said she would. I walked back to my car and got it, and she then told me it wasn't the same shoe when they were identical. I had the photo there to show her. She was very rude to me and refused to honor what she had said about matching the price. This is an inappropriate way to treat a customer. Please respond to my complaint. Rita

I purchased Lems primal 3 shoes online on Feb 19th. I wore them on a 4 day work trip (think walking…read morethrough airports, and around town a bit) and they were blown out in multiple spots, and the laces coming apart. Obviously really poorly made. I reached out to the shop to see if they could help and they told me they'd put in a warranty claim with Lems. About a month later I checked in and they said they were still waiting to hear back. I'm sitting here yet another month later and haven't heard anything. I've never bought a pair of $120 shoes that lasted 4 days and I was stuck with. Won't be purchasing from this shop or buying Lem(on)s again.
