I have a very difficult time finding comfortable and supportive footwear. It took me an hour to find the right pair but the patience and accommodation of the staff went above and beyond. She was so very helpful and patient and I never felt rushed or that I needed to settle for something less than perfect. I will likely get all my future boots from this place read more

I'm here working from out of town and one of my sub contractors told me about this place when I was talking to him about getting a new pair of Ariat boots, He had stated that he has been buying boots and clothing from there for quite some years and that when I got there to go see Richard Richard is definitely the man you want to see, he knows his boots, I was trying some pull on Ariats and other boots as well and nothing Seemed to fit quite right, so after talking to him about my issues of trying to get a pull on boot to fit properly he had decided to measure my foot and found out that I have been buying the wrong size all along as far as pull on boots go He told me I actually had a narrow foot and therefore when it comes to a pull on boot I need to make sure I am getting a narrow boot or I will always have a lot of slippage in the heel and the boot will never be comfortable, Richard contacted Ariat (since the Ariat catalog shows that they make a narrow) and sure enough they carry a narrow, so he ordered it and sure enough the boot fits very well and is very comfortable I have been back there several times for other things and I am going back there today to purchase another pair of boots before I have to leave Colorado to go work in another state They have a very good selection of boots and clothing and I recommend this place over and over Their whole staff is very helpful and on top of their game, just makes it a great place to shop at read more

We would have bought more, but we didn't feel welcome. From the moment we walked in nearly every employee had their eyes glued to us. We felt like we were under scrutiny. The oldest gentleman there even followed us very closely. My daughter was quizzed down about where the cup was that she had when she came in. She said she had put it in the garbage. Then was asked to show the worker specifically where she put it. Let's just say it seemed like the type of place we would have made a special trip to visit, but after feeling like we were "public enemy #1" I will never spend money there again. read more

Poor customer service. Shopped there for years until I bought a pair another pair of Carhart jeans same size as always and did not try the on at the store. Big mistake, when I got home the next day I tried the on and the did not at all I took them back with receipt several days later and they would exchange because I pulled the tags off. Bullshit.... you can treat long time customers like that...never shop there again! read more

We had a lovely experience with a gal who works here named Rayanna. She guided me to the right section immediately and entertained my two kiddos while I found some boot socks and checked out. She had such a great personality. The only reason for knocking off a star on the review is that when we got home we realized the boots we bought (for my toddler) had a different look in the leather. One boot is smooth leather and the other is mottled. It's not a deal breaker, but it is a little odd. Overall a really great experience here. read more

Excellent selection of boots and working gear. Where they really shined was in their customer service. Esmeralda was the sales associate who helped me. She was extremely helpful finding the perfect boot and size. I prefer this store way more then boot barn. If you need a pair of work boots ,especially western style, then you definitely should start here. Prices were competitive as well. I found out about this western apparel store (also a shoe repair store) from a friend of mine who liked to stop there for a good deal on Western shirts. There were 2 racks of men's Western flannel shirts for $9.99 today. The folks working there today were very natural and friendly. They let me wander about but they were there to help as soon as I started focusing on the boots. Every women's boot was on sale today. They have brands of all price ranges. Old West, Durango to Stetson, Justin, Ariat, Tony Lama, and Double H. I'm guessing they had over 20 women's styles of boots, many kid's styles, and 60 or more men's styles. I ended up buying $149 pair of Ariat leather cowboy boots. I didn't have a lot of time but from what I could see the women's shirt prices were on par with other stores. They had a lot of women's jeans. Some had a special design with added darts on the side of the back to give them a more flattering back view. Some had kind of simple back pockets, some had fairly decorative back pockets. Overall I found this store to be relaxed and friendly with some quality boots. There was a steady arrival of people but it was never too crowded. People are satisfied with this store. I will go back. read more

I bought my grand daughter a pair of boots in this store in July. She wore them for 2 rodeos. the heels started to fall off and the insides of the boots began to crack. Now they have been in my car so I went back to Whiteside's and ask for an exchange. I was met by the rudest young lady I could have ever imagined. she looked at the boots and said must be a factory defect what do you want here? I said kindly an exchange. she proceeded to get rude and tell me it wouldn't be happening. and told me had I bothered reading the sign above the cash register I would have known that. I have bought many pair of boots from them and I would have thought I could have gotten some kindness. I told her I would not be buying another pair from them ever and her response was really don't care as she walked away. So use caution when buying children's boots at least from them they fall apart quickly. and once you leave the store with them there is no exchange or refund. read more
