This place is beyond SHADY! They sell GARBAGE cars and trucks. You might get lucky and then again, you take that chance. They sell unsafe cars with major recalls not resolved. Do they really care about you and your children? Will it matter when a airbag recall, which is recommended to park the car immediately because it can cause severe harm? Purchased a vehicle from this location yesterday and it was a relief to be treated like a person of the community rather than a money making opportunity. I visited many local "large" dealerships and was very discouraged by their "techniques" to obligate the sale. My Sales Rep was Mason, young professional and was very honest and direct with me. I recently contacted Freedom Auto in Fort Mohave as I was interested in a car they had for sale. The salesman initially came across professionally and had me fill out a credit app. He determined my fico and told me that it would not be any problem at all to get a loan and that he would get ahold of the lender and give me a call back. He called back a couple of hours later and asked me a simple question and I answered. He told me that he would be back with me shortly and we can finish the deal. He never called back. I have NO explanation from them at all. I refuse to call them as it was on them to call me, ya know? Therefore due to their unprofessionalism I purchased a car at a different dealership today. Saw an ad in the White Sheet for a low mileage 2008 Honda CRV at Freedom Auto Sales in Fort Mohave, they had reduced the price several thousand dollars. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted buy a friendly and professional sales person, Sharon Piper (no hard sell) took a test drive then we were left alone to inspect the car any way we wanted. I spent a full half hour checking out everything while they ran my credit. We got an interest rate below 3.5%! As an added bonus we were given five tickets to win an 65" TV. I signed the papers and Sharon attached the temporary plate on the car. My wife drove the car home to Lake Havasu City. We are pleased with our purchase, and with the way we were treated. They will sell you anything despite condition, will tell you anything to get you in a car, never call you back when you request, and just overall poor customer service. Here is what is wrong and was found out a year later because this location refused to disclose important information about the vehicle my in-laws bought from this location. 1. No Carfax was given on a used car and no a customer is not supposed to purchase one. 2. Mileage was rolled back big time. Over 100,000 miles. 3. They were told they were the second owners in fact they were the 4th. 4. They were told there was never a accident with this vehicle and in fact there was. Then you give us a number to reach you about this matter. They live in California not here in Arizona. Can't just hop in the car and come and have you fix the issue. What you fail to realize is that the only reason they found out they were essentially scammed by this company (location) was because their vehicle was getting so bad and no fixing it was working so they had to go get a new vehicle and found out all of this when a carfax was brought up. seriously!!!! Then they call to talk to you and you may have not yelled but you were stern and treated them like they were stupid. They are elderly and this location took advantage of them and who knows who else!!!! Plus for your to tell them you don't know who the hell this Diane Beasley is but she dinged our company rating!!!! this is not yelp. But yes as customers they have a right to be upset. (LEMON LAW in full effect). I have every right to say and let individuals know of bad products, etc. You are lucky the Better Business Bureau has not been contacted at this point. You are lucky nothing more serious happened to them in the vehicle. You are not in the position to talk sternly or in any kind of negative tone to them. Zero stars, FUCK YOU FREEDOM AUTO SALES SOLD ME A LEMON AND A HALF! they still owe me 1/2 a tank of gas because the car has sat in my garage broken for 4 months as I pay the payments. Got a speeding ticket from the dealer to my house 10 miles away trying to figure out what's wrong with it. It was towed back to Freedom the same day as it became disabled OnThe freeway with my kids in the car. I have had to buy a new exhaust, lift the car from lowered so I can get an alignment. Today I had to buy a battery, and found out a steering rack bushing is bad which is a dealer only part, and 4 hrs labor at the local shop so roughly another $500. I traded in a perfectly good motorcycle for this piece of shit. Check engine light kept coming on, shock bearing bad, ball joints bad, this place fucked me good. Don't go here. read more

My Nephew was looking for a small truck to run around town and take out to his property in Golden Valley and wanted to know if I knew anyone who worked at a used car lot. After warning him about the dangers of buying from a used car salesmen I remembered that a bartender I knew (Jessica Terry) was now working at Freedom Auto Sales in Fort Mohave. So I called her up and made an appointment for the next day to see what she had on the lot. Now you have to understand the last time I saw this girl she was wearing a bikini and serving me drinks at a Bar in Laughlin, I told my nephew not to expect too much. So we went down to the lot and I almost didn't recognize her, she was dressed quite differently from the last time I saw her. She showed us the trucks on the lot, all full sized trucks, not what we were looking for. She told us if we gave her a week she could find what we were looking for. So we left not expecting to hear from her for awhile. 2 days later she called back and said she had an Chevy S-10 on the lot that might be what we were looking for. Sure enough it had everything we were looking for, 4 wheel drive, automatic transmission, A/C and a V6. After the test drive we sat down and started to negotiate. 15 minutes later we had agreed on a price and my nephew was the proud owner of a Chevy S-10. AVOID IT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! MANY BAD REVIEWS ASK AROUND YOU WILL NOT HEAR ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE UNFORTUNATELY I FELL VICTIM TO GIVING THEM A CHANCE!!!!!!!!! do not trust this place. Brought a truck here and they were extremely friendly. Had a problem with it, and their in house mechanic tried to work on it. He ended up destroying a major part of my suspension and did not say anything. After a month i realized something was wrong and took it to another shop. The shop said my wheel could have fallen off at any time because the damage was so severe. I went back to Freedom and told them about the damage, they instantly changed their attitudes and were extremely negative. They tried to put the wrong parts on my truck and said "they parts will wear in" after stating the parts were not for my truck they tried to give me two options, take the makeshift parts or deal with it. Terrible service terrible staff. Do not trust this place. The people pictured in the default also do not work their anymore. read more

absolut worst place to buy a vehicle. they do not disclose accidents, they will sell you a vehicle with 3% brake pads with NO consideration of your safety. they will tell you theyve done a FULL check and inspection, but they don't. $9000 in repairs later they will completely blow off your concerns. if you want to keep your children safe, go elsewhere. they do not care about the customer or putting them in a safe vehicle. they will sell you trash and cover it with duct tape hoping you don't find out..hopefully this saves someone from making the same mistake I did and putting my trust into a company. anything to make a sale right? hope it's worth it. read more
