On vacation when my f250 needed an oil change. Scheduled same day with Anderson. Arrived on time . I waited an extra hour for it to be complete but they had an issue with another vehicle, so I was delayed. Staff kept me informed and when it came time to pay, they waived the $275 dollar oil change fee. I have never received great service like this. I didnt complain or ask for a discount yet they did it anyway. I will going forward get my services here. read more

Anderson Ford- you should be ashamed of the customer service you provide. Your service writer that assisted me was rude and dismissive. I made a 12:30 appt., when I arrived no-one greeted me, I went inside and the first thing im told is we are very busy, we said we have an appt and again told we are very busy. Not a hello, can I help you etc. We completed the paperwork, she said it will be a couple hours, I said thats fine as long as things are done right. 2 1/2 hrs later we came back and our truck was parked in their back lot. Service writer told us they were still working on it that it was in a bay, we said no it is parked in the back lot. It hadn't been touched in 2 1/2 hrs. She said well we are busy, our reply, why do you sched appts ?? No reply!!! WE ASKED FOR THE KEYS AND LEFT ! Ive owned Ford vehicles for over 30 years, every vehicle serviced at a Ford dealership. Purchased a used ford explorer sport with low miles 2 years ago. Love the luxury feel, loaded with options. The truck was a certified vehicle "FORD" certified used with supposedly over 100 checks from the service department, the sales department tells me the truck ie explorer was only used at a summer home by the previous owner. I do know better .....anyways. it was a FORD certified, so I can buy the best aftermarket warranty that covers anything that is not normal wear and tear, tires brakes. Oil changes, oh I did buy the oil change warranty thing to get them for free for a while . I have not used the warranty for any repairs as the truck was low mile and had not had any problems. The I started hearing a humming sound coming from the rear end, it definitely was the rear as my passengers could hear it, grown-ups, as we are older, so no kids in the back seats, they could hear the sound. So I got the appointment to have my Ford dealer test drive and diagnose the sound, we'll after the service department took it on test drives .... they determine its the brand new tires making the humming sound. " the best Michelin tire i can buy. So Anderson Ford Did Not Help Me !!!! I took my Explorer to a local shop to have them diagnose it ..... low and behold, the humming was the wheel bearings, now mind you I call the dealership but they where sure the sound was the tires. Well I had the local shop replace the wheel bearings , they are a hub combination, the Rust was So Bad the shop needed to replace most every thing. The bearings/ hub , backing plates, knuckles both sides, I did let them replace the totally ruster out remove shocks while they had it all apart. UPDATE after 5 weeks of phone calls emails calling Ford corporate. I finally got paid in full. During the first posting of the review I caught something that I failed to mention, they use the wrong type of oil for my truck. it calls for 5W-30 dexos D. They used 5W-40 according to the invoice then on top of that I'm adding air to my tires and they didn't even program the tire locations to match the display. Needless to say I ended up changing the oil again to the correct type. Avoid this place at all cost they may do more damage to your engine without you you even noticing. read more

They turned my car into a mobile gas chamber and tried to send me home with air fresheners. Car was having a parasitic draw electrical issue. So something that was supposed to turn off with the car wasn't, which drained batteries. Car was completely dead with a brand new two month old battery that could not be charged. They diagnosed the problem as wiring in the abs and the trunk speakers. Fixed the wiring which they charged $859 and told me it would be another $500 or so to fix the speaker electrical issue too. I didn't have that so they just left it unplugged. No more music. They tried to charge the battery without removing it after I had already told them it would not hold a charge. Battery blew up in the trunk of the car. Car now reeked of it. They wanted me to pick up the car like that. I told them it was highly flammable and toxic and asked if they would be willing to light a match inside and prove it was safe. No takers. They are keeping the car for a few more days to try to clean. They also casually told me I would probably have to replace the main hybrid battery in two or so years because "those don't last very long" and that would be around $12k.... the car is a 2019. My experience was by far the worst I've ever dealt with in the vehicle service industry. I was advised to take my Ford to Anderson for 2 recalls that needed to be addressed before the end of the warranty. Service operator that told me an Inspection was needed prior to correcting these 2 recalls was also backed up by another service department person, so I scheduled an appt. Upon arriving at the bay, no one comes to greet you, I entered the service dept, and stood around for quite some time before I was addressed to go see a Service Advisor that looked at me, but no cordial "Can I help", very rude and she proceeded to instruct me that the recalls were not recalls but Bulletins! After the 4th attempt I was told by her that they were not recalls and that only 1 item would get addressed she proceeded to walk out with her Pad to ask again why I was there? Very rude, uncourteous, terrible customer service skills and I then heard her yelling at the young lady that scheduled the appointment. I proceeded to call Management, Directors, no luck. Finally spoke to a Customer Relations Manager that stated Anderson has had issues with this Service Advisor before. Stated that she would later contact me, never did. Stated she would let the Director/Manager know, never heard back. And the only person I later spoke with was the Service Manager, also acknowledging that she was NOT the best person to work with! I wanted to make sure both recalls were inspected because I had had issues with both. Never received a call, all updates were via text. Anderson kept my truck for an entire week and I had to reach out and find out the estimate of fixing my vehicle. Anderson Ford needs to take a class in Customer Service and Leadership because no one stepped up to the plate for great service. I have yet to contact Corporate! read more

Top notch service and extremely friendly and NICE! Honest and they actually care about you and your vehicle. I took my 2022 Ecoboost F150 truck in for a recall notice and they serviced it quickly and efficiently. They found that something had tried to make a nest in the engine compartment, took a picture and showed it to us. Then, they vacuumed and cleaned it out and made sure that nothing was damaged. The service manager is a really great guy! He told us it would take an hour and it took one hour to complete. I never got that kind of treatment any where else. They even checked up on us the next day, via text. Wow! I bought my last three Ford's from a different dealer but I'll be using Anderson Ford when it's time to replace this one! Took my car in for a temperature gauge issue. Ended up getting my car back from them with a 700 dollar fix. Was told their highly trained and professional mechanics had found the issue, resolved the issue and tested it out TWICE. And that there was no issue anymore with the temperature gauge. The next day on my way to work, same exact thing. Gauge did the same thing it's always done. I went back to get my money back so I could take it to someone who knows what they're doing and was told "Sorry we don't give money back." I was beyond upset! Two big names like Ford and Anderson auto group! How could they let a place like that represent them? Never take my vehicle there for any kind of repairs again, that's for sure! They responded to a Better Business Bureau complaint with such lies. It's beyond belief. They never explained any paperwork to me and I let them get away with murder. They said I chose a 1500 Dodge ram I'm 67 years old. What am I doing with the truck that big? They had shown me a Nissan truck that was smaller and it was navy blue and I liked it a lot and they wouldn't let me have it. They said to the bbb that I wanted some maroon Dodge ram with running boards. I fell trying to get in to the cab of the ram, and I got seriously hurt and barely had the strength to get up into it. I'll let my guard down and they took me for granted because I didn't bring anyone with me to help me and they used me. I never used to buy from a dealer. I was buying from smaller car lots or from people and this was the first time in ages I bought from a dealer and they promised me a good deal, but all they did was steal. And they have the nerve to say I agreed to everything they never even asked me. What can you afford? They never asked me what is your income situation they just wanted money so I lost $20,000 on this deal. It was lost and negative equity when I try to get rid of this ram. I had a hard time driving it. It was hard to handle. I couldn't park it. I could not see who was along side of me. I had to angle the mirrors downward, which is really weird because you can't see who's near you. This branch of Ford is so full of it and let me tell you I have never owned a Ford in my life. Don't ask me how I even got into dealing with them. It was the stupidest thing I've ever done in ages now I'm paying. I have never went out of my way to buy a Ford. I had bought the Dodge. They shoved it down my throat and I didn't fight because I'm passive. They walked all over me because I'm passive and defenseless. I'm a 67-year-old woman. What the hell did I need this gigantic truck for? I did not have a farm. Like I said, I was trying to get in the cab and I slipped and boy did I get hurt I was hanging there trying to get up and I just stood there in pain. I couldn't move and the whole front of my leg was skinned yeah that's because I wanted this huge stupid truck and you write their sales manager named Mike and you'll never hear from him I turned them in to the FBI because the FBI monitors what they do to senior citizens. Currently waiting in the service department for over three hours. Service rep did not know anything about my vehicles status. Once I started asking came to find out that it had not even been put through diagnostics yet, so we still don't even know if there is a problem with the ac system. Was given a bunch of run around about why it had not been looked at all morning. Why make an appointment to get it checked if that is going to mean a super long wait just to find out what if anything is wrong!? And in the time I've been waiting saw at least 15 other customers come and go with very little wait. Getting severely frustrated. read more

The service department is the worst ever. About every time I've taken my truck into the service department. There's been some kind of hassle. I took it in last week for two Ford recalls and a ticking noise I heard under the hood. They had my truck all day on a Friday, they gave me a call late Friday told me they could not find out where the noise came from that they would have to reschedule me to come back another day. I went ahead and scheduled the next appointment, but could not pick my truck up until Saturday morning. When I picked up my truck and got my keys and paperwork from another service tech. the paperwork mention the noise and that I made it another appointment. There was nothing on there about them taking care of the two recalls. I asked the service tech about that. He looked it up on the computer and said oh no they did not take care of your recalls, do you want to reschedule it for next time you come in. I told him no there won't be next time I come in here. I have been a satisfied customer f9r sometime. Got a call from salesperson to come in and trade in my car. Went in they sold me jeep. After getting home I called for insurance the insurance was almost the same as a payment of car. I decided to return car and they refused to take it back. Stated they don't do this called financial company they stated they could cancel loan if dealers called to cancel. Again they denied to do so. While at dealership a gentleman came up to me and said he would by car. Dealership refused to assist. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get them to help with this process. In getting them to remove warranty so the gentleman could buy the car they took to long and he found another car. So I ask for voluntary return through finance company and I am told that it will go up for auction and I am still responsible for balance. I feel Anderson Ford is being unfair. Experience was solid and the dealership was accommodating to a few minor concerns I had - all were resolved to my satisfaction. I was looking for a specific vehicle in a specific color so I ended up purchasing from a AZ dealership even though I live in CO. Joey helped me out with the purchase of my new Ford Maverick in Hot Pepper Red. I'd never ordered a vehicle sight unseen out of state but I'd say it was a pretty easy experience. Joey kept in touch with me during the 30~ day wait for the truck to arrive from the factory. Paperwork was handled well too. They dropped it off at my doorstep (850~ miles away) at a price that simply could not be beat by any typical shipper. I didn't have to deal with any high pressure sales tactics to add on accessories, extended warranties or other last minute add-ons, either! The total out the door price was fair given the Maverick is new, hard to find vehicle with limited supply but for full disclosure I did pay well above MSRP. but for comparison I couldn't find anyone offering a Maverick any cheaper. Hello. Two weeks ago my son decided to buy a new battery for his 2019 Ford Focus. After installing it he tried to drive it. It started right up but it would not shift. My son had it towed to Anderson Ford. They said you had to buy a part for the transmission so my son paid them $1100 to fix it but it didn't fix it. We were in Laughlin Nevada 1300 miles from home and the check engine light came on in our F 450. We reached out to Anderson Ford and Sherie got us in the very next day. Unfortunately the repair couldn't be done that day but Sherie took great care of us and identified the problem and that it would have no impact in getting us home. Sherie even had her team take care of an open recall, We got home and our local Ford dealer was kinda giving us the run around and stating thy couldn't find our open repair order. We reached out to Sherie who dropped what she was doing and provided us the documentation we needed to get the truck repaired under warranty. I've waited a few months to write this review. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes SLK convertible from them in November of 2017. Loyanne my sales person was great. I couldn't have asked for better. She was friendly and easy to work with. John I believe his name was in financing was great and easy to work with as well. Where my problems come is the service department and those who supposedly perform their however many point inspection and auto service to used cars that they sell. I truly love this car I"ve always wanted one but it makes me very nervous given I've found five issues thus far in the small amount of time Ive had her. This is on a car that still has the original factory warranty on it mind you!! 1. Oil - they changed the oil, great, however they used a non MB approved oil in the wrong weight. MB needs a 5W-40 or a 0W-40, these engines are very sensitive with their turbo chargers instead they put motocraft (Ford brand) non MB approved oil into the vehicle at 5W-30. Mobil 1 is an approved oil. Not that hard. They also put WAYY too much oil in, over a quart more. I know I replaced the oil and measured it. 2. Coolant - within a few weeks of getting the car I had a "low coolant level' warning. I go to check and sure enough according to the specs its low....a full quart low. I had to drive up to Vegas to get the appropriate coolant. There is no leak, there is no issue, the service guys just didn't check the level and top it off accordingly. MB coolant is $55 a gallon. 3. Spark Plugs - the car had 44k miles on it. Time to change the spark plugs per MB manual. I removed the first plug, very easy to do, and it was completely fouled with oil. The other three were fine, but I'm surprised that this wasn't something checked by the ford dealership. You're selling a car check the spark plugs. I changed them within a week or two of buying the car. I almost took it back. 4. Windshield washer pump - it suddenly doesn't work. Did they even check it or did they imply put a check on a box and say it's fine. Now I have to jack the car up and start at the pump and then the fuses, etc to determine what happened on a car with 44k miles on it. 5. License plate bolts - When I got my official license plate from the state, I went to go put it on the car and to my surprise the SCREW that they used to secure the paper plates to the car were not in any way shape or form the correct ones to use. They weren't bolts they were screws with pointy tips. I don't know how the hell they though that was ok but it just goes to show the corners they will cut that they would force a screw that isn't threaded correctly into a hole for a bolt that was $1.50 for four at Home Depot. Given my experiences I will never bring any auto that I have to Anderson Ford in Bullhead. I even let Donnie Reynolds know in an E-mail the above when he asked me to bring in my car for its 3 month service (which it doesn't need ) yet no response from Anderson Ford.
