Jason assured me that any and all problems would be corrected at their expense and has failed to respond to calls and texts. Decking boards popping up (was not aware that the we're using nail gun instead of screws til too late), deck sloping wrong direction ( channels water toward house instead of away from house and off deck), many, many boards split by sloppy nailing at end of boards, many sloppy angled cuts appear free handed, railing not notched out at posts, posts extend above railing on steps (also railing is uneven), structural support (8x8) tied to the frame with 3/8" lag screws instead of galvanized bolts, stair stringer cut too short and instead of starting over with new boards they scabbed off of the short boards , did not install any flashing against home and basically left a mess upon completion.
