I managed to make a booking the previous day. When I got there, it felt like a money hungry company as the dentists didn't have cabins, but it was more open plan. I wasn't impressed by the secretaries that I had to deal with, zero customer service and even though I had my treatment and payment plan confirmed by my insurance, they still tried to charge me full price until I proved my right. All negative things aside, my dentist Kamil Noor was amazing, she was very sweet and professional, it really felt like she cared and had a sense of humor! Some things I noted: - The reception area is lovely and airy, with piles upon piles of great magazines, and, most deadly of all, National Geographics that could keep you occupied for hours - All staff have a really lovely manner about them - very friendly, smiley, and above all, honest. I always got the feeling that they were taking me through the best course of action, and that they most certainly weren't out to (pun intended) extract the most amount of money out of me - The price of treatments seems to be pretty good value as well All in all, a really nice practice with a homely vibe, but most importantly, coupled with a professional manner. When I booked my appointment for dental hygiene over the phone I was lured by special offer for new Customers: €90 for check up and actual hygiene together. Do not believe it, this offer is a scam! I ended up paying €50 for check up and €85 for hygiene. Their excuse was check up and hygiene should have been done by the same doctor. Why did not you book me for the same doctor over the phone? I had no idea about the terms and conditions of your offer! Now, during the check up X Ray machine was not working, not even sure X ray was the real thing; and the dental hygiene took less than 30 minutes and was very basic. Imagine if you had dental hygiene 20 years ago, it was THAT basic! I had to pay €135 in total, the girl who took my booking over the phone was not in on the day of my appointment (how convenient) I had to go back twice to that Clinic cause no one returned my calls, and then Receptionist Irene rather rudely told me she could not trace the person who took my booking. How many people are minding the reception in this Clinic I wonder? So the whole experience was tragic and I am trying to be diplomatic here. Will I go back to Harcourt Clinic? Never in my life! Dentists in Ireland have one major problem - too darn high prices…read more This clinic gets +1 star from me because of decent and reasonable and, generally, lower prices. I got front upper tooth zirconium crown done for €500. Where few other dentist offered to get the job done for €700-800 and only for metal crown. Zirconium usually is €100 more. I liked the German dentist, who also made one filling. They have pen camera, so you can see live view of your teeth on the monitor. General service is quite lovely. Nurse was doing best job I've ever seen. Jumping around every minute or so and checking on the drain tube. Dentist was also very gentle and king to explain what was necessary to be done and what could wait. They even asked, if I'm flying back home (Lithuania), as it would be much cheaper to get my teeth fixed. Can you believe that? So honest. On a downside, the place (don't be confused with the medical equipment) is a bit crumbling. Waiting lobby is cold and small, nothing comfy. You might end up waiting for half hour or so. Be patient.
