The nurse was friendly and asked some basic background info, wrote stuff down and seemed like they were paying attention. When the doctor came in, they greeted me with a calm tone and asked me to explain what's been going on. I appreciated that they didn't interrupt me and let me finish before responding. They gave suggestions and walked me through what might be happening. The language they used was pretty easy to follow and I didn't feel confused by anything. I asked a few questions and they didn't brush me off. They gave some general suggestions and mentioned a couple of things to keep an eye on. The visit didn't feel rushed and I got what I needed. Overall I'd say it was a good experience and I'd feel comfortable coming back if I needed to.

We are going to a new dentist now and they want to retreat the root canal done by Dr. Deepak because again, it was done very poorly. Dr. Deepak had also previously said that the root canal might not work and the tooth may be lost. This new dentist said that he doesn't think the tooth will be lost, if anything just a retreat should fix the discomfort and pain caused by the poorly done root canal. So far 3 other dentists have told us the complete opposite of what they told us at Dr. Deepak's office! This is proof that Dr. Deepak is a terrible dentist who is just money hungry!
