Pros: friendly and punctual crew Cons: sloppy work that damaged our stucco, flashing cut haphazardly, fasteners in questionable locations, heat tape placed in incorrect orientation and incorrect location, roof vents out of plumb, and poor cleaning of job site (razor sharp shards of metal flashing left around perimeter, no magnet used to pick up nails, etc). When contacted after my first review the company did not offer to rectify the situation. Instead, they became defensive and claimed that "a repair can only look so good." Other roofers in town can make a repair look as good as new and that should be the standard to which work is done.

Now in July, our sewer backed up. I called them but they didn't answer the phone. I hired someone else to run the sewer, and hired out the cleanup as well. So that was $825 and a big hassle. That's why I did the preemptive service, to avoid a problem like this. When Barry had AAA it was trustworthy, but now it's not. They ripped me off for $200 and it eventually cost me $1025. Boo. Bad form. Boo.

They did a great job pruning a juniper bush, removing fallen trees and taking care of weeds. I liked how they are really great about communicating and explains details on trees' heath and soil conditions, and keeping updating and sending photos when I was not around.
