They do accept partial down payments, which may be good for you, but in my case, it was the reason why I didn't use their services. After learning the full financial spectrum of what it would mean to bail someone out who has only made a partial payment to the bail bondsman, I realized that it wasn't for me.) In a panic, I called A to B at 9:10 PM on a Saturday, seeing the "24 hour service" advertising, but without high expectations. Antonio was here from across town as quickly as possible, and by 10:30 was fogging the nest in my wall. Unfortunately, the workmanship on my home was poor. Several of the metal patches they installed had visible gaps along the sides, leaving obvious holes. As a homeowner--not a wildlife professional--my expectation was simple: if I can still see holes, it doesn't appear properly sealed. When I contacted the company and asked them to come back to correct the work, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was repeatedly told that the gaps "wouldn't let anything in" and that they would "do whatever I want." The conversation focused on defending the quality of their work rather than acknowledging that the repairs visibly contained holes. To make matters worse, after the conversation ended, I could hear employees speaking negatively about me as they walked away from my home. That was completely unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. Owning a home means relying on professionals for work you aren't qualified to do yourself. I hired this company because I needed that expertise. Instead, I was left questioning the quality of the repairs and feeling belittled for asking that visible gaps be fixed.
